The Villa is ideally placed for getting to and from Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport which is actually 35Km from Palermo centre itself. We had a lot of useful prior communication from the multilingual staff and, on arrival, they offered to collect us from our car drop-off point which was most helpful. The hotel is not near any restaurants but they did offer us a supper, which was delicious and a great price. Also, I think they cater for all diets, judging by what we saw served to others. The rooms are very clean and with all you need and the beds are superbly comfortable. I was worried about planes flying over at night, but I slept like a baby as it was quiet. Outside the garden is very pretty with the bonus of a pool! Lovely for an evening swim. Breakfast is simple but they offer choices and the food is fresh. In the morning we were taken to the airport in the shuttle bus which is complimentary. It was very quick and efficient and is an added bonus to your stay. All in all we had a very good stay here and would highly recommend this comfortable little hotel.

We liked the coffee but it could have been better as unusually it was not that strong for Sicily!

The attentiveness and communication of Serena, Gabriele, and Allessio was terrific. They arranged a shuttle from the airport after I dropped my rental care car off at the Palermo airport. Apparently, the shuttle was delayed so Gabriele arranged for his aunt to pick us up in her private car so we would not have to wait. Additionally, all were wonderful representatives of the establishment. The bed was the most comfortable bed during our 14 days in Sicily, the shower was awesome, the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus and the proximity to the airport very convenient for our last night in Sicily.

This was a gorgeous little hotel. Great care has been taken to make the rooms modern, beautiful and spacious. The bed was super comfortable with a lovely soft leather padded headboard. There was a little fridge stocked with snacks and beverages for purchase. My husband was most impressed with the multifunctional shower head. It was lucky he ever stopped showering. We had a large private lanai with a view of the pool and comfy furniture. The staff also stood out. They went above and beyond to serve us and meet our needs. Breakfast was a variety of pastries, croissants, sandwiches, fruit and cereal. They also have a free airport shuttle which we didn’t use as we had a car. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely nothing.

Exceptional experience. Everything was exactly as described. The shuttle from the airport was scheduled and exact location and time confirmed by the residence a second time just before pick up. The staff was welcoming, professional and accommodating. We appreciated the genuine personal care we received while there. Our rooms were spotless. The beds, extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning, powerful. Breakfast was abundant with various breads, cakes, and delicious sandwiches. After a horrendous evening at PMO during their emergency closure, we felt blessed to receive the comforts of the Residence.

Very friendly staff. They made contact before stay to ensure check in went smoothly, including collecting us from the airport after we returned our hire car. Good property for stay over close to airport for early morning flight (on downside there is aircraft noise as the runway is very close but it didn't bother us and it isn't a particularly busy airport, with flights finishing by about 11.30 pm). The shuttle service was excellent and runs from very early in the morning. There is a gap between 12 and 3.30 pm - but its understandable staff need a siesta given how early things get started in the mornings for airport drop offs.

The property is isolated so without a car its not really possible to access a restaurant for dinner. We had a pasta (lasagne) and dessert (pre-made frozen) at the property which was fine, although there was no choice (lucky we are not vegetarians) and no salad or vegetables on offer.

Exceeded my expectations! Perfect distance from the airport with a FREE shuttle to and from the airport ( I had no idea!), pool is gorgeous and THE ROOMS are all updated, modern and very clean. I had a rooftop desk that could have accommodated 8 people outside with an amazing view of the planes taking off. No noise! They must have sound proofed the windows because not unless I opened the door or windows did I hear the planes. FANTASTIC! The staff is on top of it all, the highest level of service. Asked when I wanted to eat = IN TIMR AND GOOD. Made my coffee and croissant fast before the shuttle and we were off! The amenities were great. New. Clean. The shower was AMAZING! The bed was so comfortable. The pillows were perfect. I wasn’t expecting all that I received but was happy I did. It was the anniversary of my husband’s passing and I was given a real gift with this place.

This was a great stay. The staff was able to provide a shuttle from the train station to the B&B and then to the airport the following morning. The room was amazing. Very spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool and relaxation area with beach loungers was beautiful. Lots of shade and great upkeep by a grounds crew. Although we were there for the day, we didn't mind simply relaxing before the flight out. The hostess/owner was very nice and offered an early breakfast with our early flight. We also had a nice supper, so we didn't have to worry about getting something local. Simply relax - perfect. As you can imagine, being so close to the airport, there is a lot of airplane noise when they take off almost directly overhead. Without a car rental, there is not too much in the area, so enjoy the time at the B&B - it is beautiful.

This property is absolutely beautiful! This was like a 5-star resort! Everything is extremely modern. The shuttle back & forth to the airport is reliable. When we arrived, dinner options were offered for a very reasonable price, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, taking in the scenery, and having a view of the airport where it was cool watching planes land & take off. The room was comfortable & had every amenity that you could ever imagine.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they open at 3:30. I totally understand that this is also a private residence & that time is needed for cleaning. We drove across Sicily to spend a night before our flight and we arrived at 2:00. It would have been nice if we could have been allowed onto the property to sit in the lobby or wait by the pool.

We needed a hotel close to the airport for a very early flight in the morning. We wish we had booked two nights instead of just one! A very warm welcome, a beautiful hotel, garden and pool. Such a comfortable bed too. We had our own lovely terrace with a view of the sea in the distance. There isn’t really anywhere nearby to go to, so we enjoyed some freshly cooked pasta in the hotel for dinner. A nice coffee and cornetto at 0330, then a Shuttle to the airport. If we visit Sicily again we will definitely stay two nights. Just a fabulous place to relax.

Nothing to dislike. Don’t change a thing!!

Ideal place to stay pre Palermo flight. Very modern facilities, you can buy dinner there and there is a good buffet breakfast. It’s in a relatively isolated area, so no options to eat elsewhere especially without your car. The villa also has a pool and garden. As you are close to the airport you will hear planes landing and taking off. There is free airport shuttle every morning until midday, so you cannot stay or wait at the Villa beyond that time.

Didn’t realise we couldn’t get a shuttle after midday, we had 5.30 pm flight, so we were dropped off at the airport just after midday. Otherwise a good place to stay.
