Booked for it's close proximity to the airport for an e arly morning flight Landlady was super helpful. She arranged a restaurant for us in the evening and also put us onto an airport shuttle service across the road (20 euros that opens at 4am - taxis are normally very expensive). Room was clean, bed was huge. Terrace for sundown watch over the sea. All in all a perfect end to our holiday when needing to be close to the airport for a return flight

If I was super critical - the shower seen better days, however, didn't detract from a perfect end to our holiday in Scilly

The place was really nice and well taken care of. Maria was a fantastic host and was very accommodating to my needs. The room was clean and spacious and well take care of. The sheets and towels are in good condition. Showers had heaters and water pressure was great and satisfying. Despite its close proximity to the airport, you are not able to hear any planes passing by. Breakfast was good and it had a wonderful spread. Thanks for hosting!

You could hear the movement of chairs and furnitures from the neighbours above but that is just unavoidable. Although it is near to the airport, can fair was 40euros and the trip took no longer than 10 mins.

Great decorated room, feeling safe since it is behind two seperate gates and two separate doors, great common area. The owner arranged a shuttle for us which we really appreciated. We couldn't enjoy the full breakfast since we left at 5:00 am to catch a flight, but she prepared something small to go (jogurt and some sweet stuff). She also arranged a shuttle to take us to the airport which we really appreciated.

Location. Very confusing to navigate If you are taking train. No sidewalks, so it's impossible to walk. You have to take a taxi to get there. Nothing interesting to see in the neighborhood. Hot water not running right away, turn the faucet on and wait for 5 minutes for a warm water.

The property is lovely and in a very convenient location if you need to stop by the airport for late arrivals or early departures (less than 10 minutes drive). My room was very spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The room was clean and the lady very sweet and welcoming. A young lady assisted me for breakfast and she was also lovely. The breakfast presented a good variety of drinks and pastries/cakes/bread and fruit. I’m overall very happy with my stay.

The host Maria was an absolutely lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for us. She booked us a table at the local restaurant as it was late on Sunday when we arrived and she also booked us a shuttle bus to the airport very early the following morning. The location is excellent for being near the airport but it is also a very beautiful location with a gorgeous little beach and some lovely beach clubs. We are sorry we didn’t spend another night there the whole apartment/bedroom was beautiful.

There were no negatives I wish we could have stayed longer

I had a fabulous 2 night stay. The room was impeccable - very clean, modern, and pleasantly decorated. The terrace was lovely to sit on with beautiful views, and the breakfast was served upstairs with a fabulous view out to sea, and a lovely selection of delicious pastries etc. The people who owned it were extremely helpful and friendly. I swam in the sea at a small nearby beach and are in Pizza Sicilia which was perfect and only 500m away approx

I loved everything about the property but the neighbourhood was tricky to walk around due to lack of pavements and fast cars. I didn’t have a car.

Very hard to get there by foot ( 25 minutes walk and dangerous road )

The location and facilities were excellent. Very close to the airport as we had an early am flight. Acceptional views from shared roof top seating. Rooms were nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean.

Communication could have been better as we were notified the afternoon of our arrival to not use the driveway. All were upset, as backing out was very difficult. Ample notice could have prevented their driveway from being accidentally used.

Shuttle bus to the airport right across the road so perfect for our early start. We got the bus at 3:30am with no problem for €10 each. The rooftop has loungers and a lovely view.

Only thing is that we were told we could walk (20 mins) from a nearby train station to the B&B, but the only roads on the way were 40/50mph roads with no path for pedestrians - definitely get a taxi (Uber works fine) from the train station!

Breakfast room has a gorgeous view over the shoreline! Overall venue is nice with public seating area and a pool. Despite being close to the airport we didn't hear any planes in our room. Friendly welcome when we arrived at 1.30am due to a delayed plane. Breakfast had a nice Italian collection of stuff

When we arrived at 1.30 the room had almost 30 degrees and it obviously took a while for the AC to do its work.
