We loved staying at this B&B. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We arrived late after traveling a long way. We wanted dinner but didn't really want to go back out, and the host suggested ordering a pizza for delivery. They also provided wine for purchase which worked out perfectly. We intentionally picked a place somewhat away from Palermo because we didn't want to drive into the city. We easily parked at the Carini train station and took the train into Palermo for the day. Other days the location was ideal for day trips to Castelbuono and Cefalu. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to use other parts of the house to relax outside of our rooms. Breakfast was excellent every morning with fresh fruit, juices, coffees or teas, pastries, meats and cheeses and more. The view onto their garden from the breakfast room was also very enjoyable. The host family was so friendly and we enjoyed meeting everyone. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

My husband and I were finishing a trip to Sicily, and we selected Grotta dei Pintail B&B because it is so closely situated to the airport, and it also had excellent reviews. We were able to reach the airport in less than 10 minutes, which made our final day very easy. But on top of that, we had a lovely, spacious and spotlessly-clean room with a large ensuite bathroom and (in our opinion) the best shower during our entire time in Sicily. The family that operates the B&B were very gracious and welcoming, and very understanding that our arrival time kept shifting later (we were driving from the southeast of Sicily). The generous breakfast is served in a many-windowed garden room which provides a view of their beautiful garden. We weren't visiting any of the nearby beaches, but if we had, this would be the perfect spot to base yourself for that purpose. We would love to stay here again if we return to Sicily, and we can highly recommend it to others. Excellent value for the money.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant. They made only downside to our comfort was that our room was very cold and there was no way to warm it up. The heat in the other room was fine, so it was just the one room that was cold. Breakfast was a good variety of delicious food, everything we wanted for our family of six, including two teen boys.

Such a beautiful house in the midst of unspoiled countryside. An authentic Sicilian experience. Super lovely hosts who will share their family dinner, pick you up in their car when you need it, and with whom you will have the most wonderful and interesting conversations about the area. Top for cleanliness, for the quiet country experience, and for the breakfast. Make sure you visit the historical city centre of Carini. Would highly recommend this BnB.

Everything was excellent-the room, the amenities, and the view. Nice breakfast in the garden. Maria Grazia is very accommodating, kind, and friendly. We stayed only one night, but we would definitely come back. The location is 10 minutes by car from the airport, surrounded by greenery and a beautiful garden.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, kind and very helpful. The B&B is set on a quiet country road and the interior design is stunning and welcoming. The location is close but not too close to Palermo airport and to the charming seaside village of Terrasini. Gorgeous mountain views. Breakfast was incredible! They have private and secure parking. We wish we could have spent more time at this relaxing charming place.

Maria and Rudy were the perfect hosts! The rooms were spotless, the accommodations were beatiful, the breakfast was delicious and the location and the views were breath taking. The train station is only 2 Km from the site and we would absolutely recommend this B&B!

Maria could not have been more accommodating. Beautiful, cozy and quant B&B. Definitely need a car. Great breakfast with nice selection. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Wi-Fi (for us/not sure if I did anything and I did not ask/not necessary) - very slow/weak for anyone who might need it. Excellent 5 night stay!!!! Highly recommend!

The acccomodation was fabulous, very clean and comfy ! The host was awesome! I have never met nicer people in my life! Thank you a lot for everything! I can only recomend to anybody who is looking for beautiful place to stay ! We will be back one day, im sure !

This location is so lovely made, we could stay one day more. Breakfast we enjoy as well and we couldnt be more warm welcome in this house... really: Thank you that we could stay here. And if we come again in this region will stay 100% again here. especially the big privat parking place were our bike could stand. huge kiss for it
