All the staff (front desk, waitreses, cleaning, animators,..) was very friendly and helpful. The place is amazing as well with great scenes, pool, private beach and other own sport activities. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the evening shows as well as other events and big thank you to kids club staff! The food was very yummy with quite a variety. Overall great place for family vacation with the kids.

Not all the staff spoke english - but what do we have hands for :)

1. Very nice and friendly stuff ready to solve your problems. 2. Tasty food. 3. Clean warm and beautiful water in the sea. 4. Restaurant with stunning sea view.

1. Our room for 4 ppl (with bunch bed for kids) was extremely small, it was not enough space to move in this tiny room. The design was like 30 years ago. It definitely needs renovation. 2. In outdoor swimming pool guests can swim only wearing special swimming caps. It was first time I saw something like this in resort hotel. 😳 Probably that's why nobody is swimming in this pool. 3. Hotel doesn't provide beach towels, so you need to bring them with you or buy somewhere. 4. Airport is just next to the hotel so all days and nights you will see and hear airplanes. Even Airport is so close the taxi there costs 30-35 euro one way. 5. Beach is very overcrowded, no privacy at all. As a conclusion I can say that this hotel is very overpriced. I don't think I will come back again here.
