we stayed here, as a first stop of a long ferry ride. The rims are clean and tidy and the staff for a very friendly. We got in quite late but we’re in time for dinner and breakfast and the meals were all pretty good. Very happy with everything there. It’s not right in the centre of town but at least within a few minutes drive depending on traffic.

The location is ideal if you are using it as a pitstop through Palermo, as it is not in the middle of town but if you thinking of using it to see Palermo you would have to travel in

The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms included great water pressure. Fresh towels and housekeeping daily. The best part was the extensive free breakfast each morning. Our favorite was the delicious cappuccino and pistachio filled croissants.

Some facilities needed fixing. We had a leak in our sink and our bidet did not drain, so we could not use. We also saw a few ants while we were there, so we were sure to keep our luggage closed just in case.

Good city,weather, nature. Good personal and workers. Clean. Good breakfast.

Location is not the best. I recommend owners to put some bus tickets with instructions on the receptions, also put some reliable car rental offers, reliable taxi companies. This will eliminate location issues. No water in the room. Sometimes it was noisy.

Great breakfast! They serve Italian and international breakfast. Garden was the best part of it, with restaurant during summer afternoons. Parking is available and free, which makes things much easier.

Maybe only the thing that it is far from downtown, and the neighborhood is not the best one, but actually it doesn’t affect the stay and accommodation overall.

Free parking. Close to Monte Pellegrino, parks and Palazzina Cinese. Nice breakfast. Big room, comfortable garden environment and outdoor cocktail bar which is not overpriced. Dog friendly. Helpful staff (beside one in the breakfast area which proposed non-machine make coffee to everyone except us, perhaps because our Italian wasn’t good enough and he felt shy to speak to us?)

Right next to an event centre, so there could be some noise where there’s an event. Luckily for us it didn’t finish too late. For our room the AC blows directly onto the bed which was a bit uncomfortable.

Nothing to do around the hotel! Beds are so hard! From the mattress not taking the plastic off … very weird! No swimming pool! We checked out a day early because of nothing open from 12:00 to 17:00 at the hotel and all town! Hotel are made for local people not for tourists !!

I was staying in room 323 - the lock on the room door did not lock - it was not working well. It just closed on the basic lock, but the part that locks it double didn't work nor lock properly.

Very cordial staff and professional bar service, especially Mr Giuseppe, he was an excellent and cordial gentleman

Front desk promised to change the fridge which didn’t work, but never changed it, very disappointed as I have insulin medication that needed to be kept cool, they offered to merit in their kitchen fridge which was an inconvenience to me when I had to take the insulin

Comfortable big room. Nice breakfast. Nice location away from the city centre but with easy access to it by train and lots of local restaurants and shops nearby.

Parking can be difficult. As a matter of fact parking and traffic in Palermo are nightmares. But this is not the property’s fault.
