The room was quite spacious (with a spare one-bed room and balcony which we never used), and had a fridge which was handy. The pool was very enjoyable, and there was plenty of space to relax near the pool in the evenings. There was plenty of free on-street parking, and a few parking spaces inside if concerned about security, and close enough to the city. There was an unmanned bar downstairs, which, when you could find the host, meant you could get a drink.

Breakfast was rather limited (every day we were offered a large jam or Nutella croissant and coffee), with some other things on self-service (e.g. some fruit, breakfast cereal), and so was rather boring after a few days, and every single day we had to ask for milk for the cereal. The place was a little old (e.g. the air conditioning was rather noisy).

While my single room was small, it was sufficient and the venue more then made up in quality of breakfast, friendliness of staff, plenty of convenient parking options, own pool and patio. It was a very relaxing atmosphere very close to the center of Palermo.

Single room was small and WiFi did not reach all the way.

Really nice House, clean, most of the staff very friendly.

The first night we didn't receive the room we booked, to discuss the situation the staff gave me a phone number to talk to the homeowner (I think) by myself instead of resolving the situation between them. Afterwards, our room was changed from the second night without any problem. The wifi connection was really bad, we were only able to connect a few times in the lobby and not for long periods of time. Again we cannot talk about it with the staff he just pointed to the sign where the password was but gave no solution. So if you have to work I do not recommend it.

Spent a night at Villa San Lorenzo. Customers service was top notch. Francesco was very very helpful. Ohh & if you’re travelling with your car, you can also be rest assured that you have where to parking in the estate.

Perfect location to visit both Mondello and Palermo, really nice people and good food

The staff sadly could not speak any english but they were really nice. And the wifi connection in the upper rooms was not so good.

The staff at this hotel were very nice and friendly. This hotel has a lovely swimming pool and is close to the train station. The food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional and well worth it.

The location outside of this hotel is not very pedestrian friendly. There is a very dangerous busy road so it is recommended that you have a car if staying at this hotel. Also there is lots of litter in the streets around this hotel.

Lovely breakfast, clean, quiet room. A bit further away from downtown than I had expected but easy transportation back and forth.

The hot water pressure in the shower was low.
