The hotel was very nice, even if it is a little old it was very clean. It has a good vibe and feels ‘italian’ :) the staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you needed - loved the fresh cannoli. Pool was also great and clean.

The beds/mattresses were not very comfortable and should be replaced. A table on the balcony would also be nice.

The hotel staff was very kind, welcoming and polite. They wanted to make sure I had a great experience so they did what they could to make me feel comfortable. Besides, they helped me providing information about the place and ordered a taxi when I needed. The food was a plus with a variety of fruit, bread and drink options.

great location only 10 min from the sea. The pool was clean. The staff were super friendly. Thank them for finding a taxi for me at the last minute on Sunday.

If you have back pain the bed will be super uncomfortable for you.

Sure the building is not new. But it is cosy. Woodchaven carpentry work all over the lobby. Not much I didnt like there at all

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood however the soundproofing between rooms is really bad

Simple adequate hotel at a reasonable price. Easy to 'commute' to Palermo centre by parking up at the nearby railway station with a 20 mins ride into the centre.

It appears that they put all the breakfast buffet out at the start. If you are late down many items are finished - eggs, back, meat, cheese

Hotel's location was excellent with plenty of eateries within easy walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. A special mention for the croissants stuffed with pistachio/chocolate/jam. Room was large. Bathroom good, towels changed daily. Staff excellent.

A fridge in the room. Better / more loungers around the pool.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Cleaning was perfect. The pool was nice. Price is reasonable.

A litlle hard to find because of all the one way streets. But succeeded.

It had a certain charm to it but there was definitely room for improvement
