Beautiful area, very friendly host and great facilities! About 10 mins walk to the beach and town centre through picturesque streets of Mondello, a little but uphill but my 6 year old didn’t complain! Palermo about 15-20 mins drive or there is direct bus 806 to Palermo. The house is located on a closed estate, very safe and there is a beautiful garden with plenty of trees, swimming pool (opened from beginning of June) and beautiful terrace with sun beds and tables to eat outside. Large kitchen and dining room inside to use as well. There is also very safe parking facility within the estate. I came with my 6-year-old boy and we both loved it and will definitely be back!

Nice place! Niña is a very nice host. If you are walking around on your vacation you need to be in good condition. It's located on a hill. If you drive it's no problem. Pool area is great. It's shared with residentials. Recommended!

Only downside is that it's hard to walk up hill when you walk from beach and restaurant areas in Mondello. Good for your legs though! And there was no microwave.

The apartment was well equipped. Nina the owner was very kind and provided us great hospitality, which made our stay even better. The restaurants and beach is a 10-15 min walk from the apartment, with a great view but there are other ways of transportations as well. If you want to visit Mondello i can recommend this apartment.

Room, service, breakfast, location, everything was perfect.

The only reason I have not given this property a 10 is because it was advertised as having a pool, which it has a very nice one, but unusable, due to the fact it had not been cleaned for months and was green...although it was December the temps still in the 20s and it would have been good to have a swim...there was a young family came in the same time as me and I saw the look of disappointment on the kids faces !..

Nina, the owner, is so kind and helpful. There are 2 or 3 rooms that she is renting out. Rooms and the entire house are wonderfully furnished and it feels like home with a soul. Kitchen is shared and you can use it if no-one is cooking there. It was rarely used. We only used the fridge to store some beers and snacks. And we used the kitchen a few times for small meals. Breakfast was simple but delicious and enough food even for me and I eat a lot. Nina brought fresh croissants with pistachio cream from a bakery and because we liked them so much, she included them in every breakfast. She also made delicious cake with apples and some other pastry. Bed sheets were changed after 3 days and new towels, and we didn't even ask for that.

Very welcoming houst, Nina, let me check-in early, arranged taxi to airport. Villa was great for enjoying luxury holidays on the budget. Guests can use kitchen, poolside. Fresh sweet pasteries for breakfast. Great place if you like to walk. I love it, so I enjoyed walks to beach, mountain and supermarket. Everything is relatively close.

lovely pool, not far from the restaurants and beach, around a 15 min walk-uphill on the way back though, plenty of electric scooters around for the journey back up though if you wish.

Great hospitality, sweet breakfast that was made every day with homemade pastries by Nina, fruits, cereals, yoghurt and coffee. The garden and terrace were really beautiful. Everything was clean.

Host's attititude, suprisingly green and quiet area, nice garden, big surface of the room, well equipied common space, best coffe.

A little bit cold in the room (it was March and the only source of heating was AC), cold tiled floor.
