Ideal located for some time in Mondello as well as ease of public transport into Palermo. The accommodation is set in a quiet gated community. Staff were very friendly and had some great recommendations for food etc. Stayed here to do the Favorita parkrun which was a 4km warm up run from the accommodation.

Whilst the area is quiet, noise travelled in the house itself and you can certainly hear the neighbours coming and going. Some parts of the accommodation are a little tired (bathroom) but are perfectly functional. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

Staff were all really helpful and friendly and made you feel at home. The breakfast was a great, the location was amazing, we didn’t quite realise what we had booked in terms of surroundings, the views of the mountains were beautiful and the garden around the house was stunning with many pretty flowers and fruit trees and some very cute friendly cats which was a bonus for us cat lovers.

We had a broken shower head so we Couldnt shower properly, was like the pressure was too much for the head and it had come loose. Lovely and warm though.

The house is so beautiful, the garden is spectacular and the view from the living room onto the garden so peaceful. Even if we stayed only 1 night, we were able to enjoy this lovely property. The owners are very nice and ready to help as needed.

My only negative comment is on the breakfast, as I was hoping to have more fresh products instead of commercial biscuits, but overall not a problem. Also one thing to note: it's not so close to the beach so it might be worth mentioning in the description that one needs a car to go to the beach, which was our case.

Beautiful view from our window, Alessandro and Luka were very kind to us. Their villa is located close to the sea (approximately 15 minutes walk). Breakfast was served daily and was very delicious. We were surprised how clean the villa was, fresh bedsheets every two days and toilet were clean every day. Bus stops are 10 minutes away from the villa and buses to Palermo are running every 10 minutes.

This was a very beautiful B&B in Palermo. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, close to the things to visit in the city. The people were very friendly en tried to create a family atmosphere. And they succeeded! A very beautiful garden! And we had our own terras. Nice comfortable room and beds. Breakfast is excellent with homemade cake etc. We could use the refrigerator and stuff from the kitchen. Very nice and I can recommend this place to everybody!

Luca and Alessandro were both very kind and very attentive to our needs. Check-in was easy. The house, room, bathroom, living area, and yard were all beautiful and spacious. Plenty of car parking conveniently located safely on the street (house is in a gated community). Breakfast was pleasant, standard for Sicily, and filling.

The house is not walking convenient to any facilities or restaurants, which is not a problem if you have a rental car. Air conditioner was not working, but this was a minor inconvenience with the window opened.

It was very peaceful here with a beautiful view of the mountains and an easy walk to the beach. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Amelia (I think that was her name) was helpful, friendly and made excellent cappuccino.

I really liked the territory and the terrace. The garden is beautiful. And the view of the mountain. The hotel was clean and well-tended. Chiara and Alessandro were helpful. Ready to solve any problems. And I especially enjoyed the tranquility and peace.

There were two things that I would have improved. First the room and the bathroom were separate. So I had to get through the corridor to get there. And the lockers. It was challenging to lock the door.

The host was very nice and very welcoming. I would def recommend this property for couples or families with kids, especially if you're coming with a car (not like us by bus), because it's a part of a bigger residence and it has some walk to the vila. The whole vila has really nice energy, very green and quite.

Breakfast was nothing special.
