My partner Adrian and I spent 8 days at the Green Garden 2017 and we can genuinely say we very much loved our time there. The House is quite specular with its luscious garden and fruit trees; all this joy came even before we tasted Mara's and Amedeo's breakfast! We have never had such a feast first thing in the morning: fruit tarts, aubergine pies, salmon, fresh croissants, home-made jams and fruit juices just to mention a few of Mara's delights! The hosts were so lovely and gracious to us and gave us a lot of suggestions of what to see and visit. They were so kind and warm, always with a smile. We loved everything about Sicily but our hosts and their home will stay in our hearts for a long time. 10 out 10!

Absolutely nothing!

We loved it! It's like living in Sicilian villa - historical value to this place is magnificent - wooden furniture, art pieces, limestone(I think?) sink in the kitchen, beautiful ceramic tiles, beautiful dishes, huge garden with the most beautiful views. Huge place for ourselves - hall, kitchen with everything you need to cook, living room, bedroom, bathroom - everything very private. Wonderful breakfast on the patio - every day different, great coffee, you can ask for anything you like. The hostess Maras english is very good so no need to use sign language :) Big store is near by.

Nothing. But car is a must for this place- bus stop is far from the property.

I loved the amazing breakfast and the green garden as well as the hospitality and care of the owners. They did everything they could to make our vacation enjoyable.

Very nice place to stay, you can have your privacy and everything what you need for a good holiday time. Amazing garden, we fell in love with it. And absolutely unique breakfast experience: so diverse, tasty, customized to your taste and preference. We highly recommend this place to stay. Hope we will manage to come back at some point 😊

It’s a wonderful property in a green area but very close to Mondello and Palermo. The Villa is very well maintained and the Mara and his husband took care about us in a very gentle and generous way. To be highlighted the incredible breakfast prepared by Mara and his husband.

Welcoming hosts that were super friendly and helpful. Great location which is convenient for Palermo or as a base to explore north Sicily. Mara provides a great breakfast which is outstanding.

Very tasty homemade breakfast (local cuisine: pies, cheeses, ham, omelette, sweets, drinks etc. every day different food). Spacious apartments with a glass veranda and a beautiful view to great big garden. Apartments equipped with everything you need. Very helpful and responsible owners. Separate pleasure - owner's cats - we love them! Thank you, Mara and Amadeo for great vacation! Grazie mille!

Great host Mara will welcome you so you will feel as at home. You can choose if you would prefer salty or sweet breakfast. This is great since in Italy you often get just the sweet option. Breakfast is made fresh from the host and is different every day. There is space for your car behind locked gate. Both the appartment and the garden are very clean. Advise for those comming with car, the "E." in the address "Via E. Calandra" stands for "Enrico" so your navigation gets it right.
