I recently stayed with my family at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The staff, particularly Nonno Sergio, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The location of the apartment is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. Cleanliness was very good, and both the piscine and garden were highlights, offering a great space to relax and unwind. The rooftop is quite spacious, though it can get a bit warm; thankfully, there is air conditioning available to make it more comfortable. One minor drawback was the absence of a fridge in the apartment, which would have been useful during the summer. However, the responsiveness to requests and the flexibility offered by Nonno Sergio, including the use of the piscine and garden beyond checkout time, more than made up for this. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Sergio was a brilliant host and a very lovely man. He has built a true 'Small Paradise' and we loved our stay here. The breakfast is simple but ample and he has a snack menu and some beautiful homemade pasta! Also the taxi guy to use is called Dario, a very helpful guy who will pick you up whenever you need him.

The one issue we had was catching buses as we didn't have a car. The location is tricky for walking and the buses are not always available so if we came again we would hire a car and I would advise future guests to do so.

This was as described a small paradise. Nonno Sergio made this holiday for us absolutely perfect. It has been such a long time since we met such a lovely gentleman whilst travelling. He was amazingly helpful and his cooking felt like we had a true Sicilian experience. I needed a 6 day rest and that is exactly what we achieved. The children enjoyed their time poolside and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The sunrise from our room was unbelievable. The location is out of town, with a handy bus stop outside.

A true little piece of paradise, we would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for unwinding in the beautiful city of Palermo. A great location for getting to the old town, bars and beaches. We have had such a relaxing stay in this beautiful accommodation. Nonno Sergie has been a fabulous host, such a kind, welcoming, gentle man.

Nothing at all to dislike!

We loved our stay. Sergio is super nice! Our kids said he is like a grandpa to them. We all loved the pool, the service and the view is spectacular from the property. The airline lost our luggage before we got there, but Sergio was really helpful to ease our situation. Stayed up late to wait for us with check in, to find the closest mall to buy more clothes etc. The kids didn’t want to leave and keep saying let’s go back please. :) We will come back for sure and recommend everyone! Great host, very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful apartment, nostalgic warm atmosphere combined with the luxury amenities such as a huge pool. Parking was extremely easy! Safely behind a gate, and no skills needed to park in this huge place :) Location is just perfectly located both to go to Palermo city or to the airport. Very much recommended!

Beautiful property, host is very attentive and helpful and he cooks so finger licking good. They serve breakfast at extra cost, and offer water, tea or coffee any time. The swimming pool is the highlight of the place - it’s clean and the water is a pleasant temperature. And best of all there is no time restrictions as in some hotels. The view from our terrace was magnificent.

Sergio’s place was beautiful, the best place we stayed at our entire trip! He was so kind and helpful! I cannot recommend it enough. The room was lovely, the pool, and he was just so kind!!

Nothing - it was perfect!

The location was perfect for my morning commute to the airport, it was located in a convenient spot and the parking was good. Sergio was a very hospitable host and made the whole experience feel very welcoming, almost as though we were staying with a familiar relative or friend. The dinner was fantastic too.

The place is wonderfull. One can even stay whole day at the pool without worrying what to eat or drink, owner Sergio has taken care of menu and everything else. There is beautiful view, both sides you can see a mountain. The house is by the street, accessable very good with a car.
