Very nice property, spotless clean. Amazing breakfast cooked by his wife, very delicious (they ask what you want and they deliver). Great for recommendations! He owns the dingy and offers some excursions too. Nicely equipped balcony. Good location to the sea side and train station.

The air-condition was being switched off when not in the room, sometimes it was unpleasant to come back to a warm room after all day on sun but I’m sure this is something that could be discussed with Paolo and he would be fine to leave it on. I just didn’t mind that much.

We had a great stay. Paolo and his wife are great hosts and helped with everything. They gave us tips what to see in Palermo and the surroundings. It is very easy to travel to Palermo city center with the train that stops appr. 6 minutes walk from the B&B. The breakfast is very nice and at walking distance from the B&B there is a small harbor with some nice restaurants.

Nothing and we enjoyed the stay and hospitality.

Paolo and his wife (leia) were excellent hosts, breakfast was ideal , cold meats / bread / cereal / juice , coffee / tea / Pastries etc. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable , WiFi was good, we also had secure parking, Own Private Terrace was large size with sun beds / seating / awning for shade etc. Paolo was very helpful with what to do in the area, we had a car so ventured all over the place.

Nothing to dislike about the accommodation, though the local areas was littered with piles of rubbish and could do with the local council / mayor spending some money on repairing footpaths and tiding the place up (the bulk of rubbish was cleared during our time there, it took a loading shovel and lorry's a day to clear it , gives you an idea how much there was,

Very clean - which is very uncommon. Iwe liked it a lot. Hosts are nice and open-minded people.

The location itself is pretty remote, in my opinion the car would a must have. And the main disadvantage was a noisy road right behind the window, not really possible to sleep with an open window.

The best possible experience of Sicily possible! The apartment is very stylish and very clean. The location is great (6min from the railway station walking). The view from the big terrace on the top of the building is fabulous. The most memorable experience is the hospitality and the good energy of the owner Paolo. We had a great unique authentic Italian (Sicilian) experience during our stay. He made a great Italian breakfast for us and gave us advice on what to see in Palermo, and where to eat good food. Definitely the most memorable trip in the last decade for me. Thank you Paolo very much for the great experience. See you next time when we come to Sicily.

Paolo was amazing! He always had incredible enthusiasm and energy! He shared great tips with us on where to go and what to do. The flat itself is great, the terrace is amazing for a morning coffee when it's sunny and the bedroom is spacious enough. The private bathroom feels premium. Overall a great experience! 💯%

This is not a "bad" point, our stay was great! Just something to know if you rent a large car. The parking spot wasn't the easiest to get into. The car rental company "upgraded" our car, which is usually great, but that time it meant we now were driving a huge 4x4 Jeep instead of the small Fiat we ordered. So, getting into the parking spot was challenging. But, again, Paolo was great and he was super helpful! The first day he parked the car himself, and the next day he helped me gauge the distance. So in the end, all good

Paulo and his wife were extremely welcoming and were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The suite was inside their main home without a private entrance but our privacy was respected. It was clean and comfortable and a choice of breakfast was offered. The location was easy to find, relatively quiet and in easy walking distance to restaurants and main square. We would stay here again.

Did not stay there log enough. Virtually booked in, went out with friends, came back late at night. So it would not be fair to have dislikes.

Room high spec, host so friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent and lovely terrace.

Shower area a bit small, traffic noise.
