By far the cleanest apartment I've ever rented so far, simply spotless. Very good (double!) airconditioning, dishwasher, washing machine.. I could not have wished for more. Last, communication with the host was always friendly and he speaks great english.

The street can be very loud, especially sunday morning during trash collection. Its also a bit of a walk to the city center, but there are buses everywhere.

I have been traveling through Italy for 2 months and stayed in 17 hotels and I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best residence I have had. What you get for the price is amazing, A giant apartment with kitchen, bedroom, big bathroom and a nice terrace where you can have a drink and just enjoy the peace. WiFi was perfect, facilities were good (all the extra bathroom stuff were really nice), public transport is right around the corner so you can go to the central. the host was very nice and helping. Always on stand by if you need anything. Honestly would highly recommend if you visit Palermo!!

The apartment is at nice neighborhood between the downtown and Mondello beach, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. Nice, new well equipped apartment, and the host is very kind, helpful, and well prepared always available if there is any issue or question.

We were unlucky because battery in the bolier ran out so we had to call the host in the first two days, but in both cases he came and fixed within 30 mins in the cellar. Another day the toilet tank stopped to work in the evening, me and my gf were laughing that this can't be true, anyway after escalating the issue, the host called a mechanic who came next morning and fixed it.

The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped, quiet, and reasonably well located. Communication with owner was prompt and effecient.

The concierge spoke English (leaves at 8pm). Small rack to hang washing on the balcony. Location convenient (less than 5 mins walk) for buses, supermarket (opens till 8pm Mon-Sat), inc bakery, bistro, grocery. No101 runs v frequently to the central train station (25 mins ride), No 806 to Mondello beach (20mins ride) and airport bus.

No blanket on bed, only sheet, although there was a fan heater on the wall. Lack of toiletries eg washing up liquid, kitchen towels, soap or instructions for the washing machine.

Non touristic part of Palermo and conveniently location between center and Mondello beach. Super friendly neighborhood. Apartment is clean modern and has all you need.

Finding a parking can be a challenge but that is everywhere in Parlermo

Buy main bed a glass wall let in light at night so it made it hard to get to sleep . Apartment has not much natural light . Pillows very hard Could have had a better arrival package

Ultra clean and comfortable flat, nice location, local surrounding, close to public transportation to the center in 10 minutes. Host was very helpful about everything.

Location, cleanliness and information

Bialetti coffee capsules were difficult to find for the. Espresso machine at appatrment

Everything, the manager was always available to give information, the apartment was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and was easy to get from there to the sights of the city. The manager also gave us information on how to get there with a very affordable bus ride from the airport to within 50 metres from the residence.
