Great option for solo travellers or couples. Breakfast was either made by Benny (he will send you a list of options), or available from a cafe down the street with great pastries and coffee. Benny is very friendly, polite, and communicative. The bed was clean and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned regularly, there is working AC and wifi, and a shared fridge in the entry room you can use for drinks/small food items. While the location isn’t directly in the city centre, it’s an easy walk/bus ride to the city centre, close to bus stops, as well as a 3-minute walk to a Prestia e Comandè stop from the airport. Also, it was very quiet which was a nice reprieve from the city noise.

The B&B was wonderful - the room was clean and comfy with a lovely attached bathroom. The balcony was small but had enough space for two people to sit comfortably. It looked out onto a busy road but when the doors were closed there was no sound of traffic inside. To enter the building, B&B and room, key codes were used, which were sent shortly before arriving at the B&B. There was a fridge in the communal area which had a honesty system for buying water. Communication with the host, Benny, was great - making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The breakfast and time was chosen from a menu sent by Benny which was to be completed the day before. It included croissants, toasties, cereal, fruit, yogurts, hot & cold drinks and biscuits. On our second morning, we needed to leave earlier than the earliest time slot, but Benny was very accommodating and still made us breakfast at an earlier time.

If you’re staying in Palermo this is the perfect place! It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, near the city center and right next to the bus stop where you can take the bus and go to Mondello beach. The room was perfectly clean, had everything we needed for a week long stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, checked in on us daily if we need something or have any kind of questions. The breakfast was always amazing, it was either at a cafe nearby or at the B&B, so it was very nice to switch it up. Our choice for this B&B really made our stay in Palermo much more pleasant and and enjoyable. Will definitely come back and can recommend the B&B to everyone!

Benny was super nice and very accommodating. I have never experienced such friendliness in an apartment before. The apartment is in a good location, so you can reach many sights on foot or the public transport is close by. The apartment itself is well maintained and you simply feel at home.

The only negative thing is that the doors are very quiet. As soon as someone goes in or out, you can hear it extremely. But even this didn't bother me.

The communication with the host was the most efficient. He gave me pointers on airport transfers and local things to do. The neighborhood was lovely and walking distance to the main part of the historical center. I could catch the bus to Mondello beach as well as the airport just 3 blocks away. The place was very clean.

Just the locks on the door woke me up in the night (being very specific here)t. Since the place is small and intimate.

Apartments are in great location, 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. Owner is absolutely amazing, preparing breakfast as per your request from offered choices, sharing with you advices and adding also something on top about local culture and facts. There is possibility for him to organize taxi from / to airport, which I recommend also due to bit better price. It is definitely good value for money.

Our room was having our own bathroom on the other side of small hall. That is why price of room was cheaper. It was all OK, but maybe next time I would choose another room with bathroom connected to room. Room as such was actually great, spacious, nicely furnished also with small balcony.

The host, Benny, was a lovely guy who was easy to chat with via WhatsApp with any questions about the booking. He was very informative about the surrounding areas of Palmero. The room is bright and has all the amenities needed for several night stay. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Near the shopping areas by foot.

The room is compacted so having two suitcases open was difficult due to for space. The window looked out to a wall/internal area. Not much natural light.

Located in a a quiet neighbourhood, check-in was easy (it is a key code for both the building door, and the room). I was traveling solo and only in Palermo for one night, so while the room was quite compact it was perfectly fine for a single person. The room had no windows/natural light, so while this wasn't an issue for me personally only being there one night and leaving early the following morning, it may be a consideration for others staying for a longer period. Benny was a great host with an extensive breakfast menu.

As a solo traveler, I searched for a safe accommodation. I booked the stay very spontaneously and I am a big fan of this place. Your place is locked electronically with a pin, the place is very tidy and very comfortable. The host is a very gently and polite man who is always ready to help. He did even rent me an umbrella for a rainy day in Palermo. The breakfast is also very good and extremely satisfying. The host will help you around Palermo if you need any recommendations. All in one I can recommend this B&B to everybody.

the room is very cozy and well furnished. it is facing a trafficated road but the window insulation is great so you don't hear any noise coming from outside. This is a big plus for us. Our room, the Asso di Denari, doesn't have the en suite bathroom. Location is also great, in the heart of the fancy Libertà neighborhood, 30 minutes walk from the Quattro Canti, 15 min walk from Teatro Massimo. Also plenty of options to eat and drink nearby if you don't walk too much.

Breakfast could be improved with more salty coiches.
