friendly staff reasoable choices at breakfast with limited hot food and mainly continental pastrie, cheese and ham. Coffee and tea made on request. We asked for a restaurant recommendation from the receptionist as we arrived quite late. The restaurant was LeDop and the pizzas are fabulous. It was less than a 10 minute walk away.

it was further from the city centre than we expected and a greater distance from the railway station. Buses into the centre were regular (No 101 and 102) and not expensive 1.80 euros one way. Ticket should be purchased at a nearby newsagent kisok as not all buses take cash. The choice is 1 day or 90 minute tickets. taxi from railway station cost 25 euros.

The staff was really friendly. The location is excellent and there are buses going in different directions right next to it. There is a good supermarket nearby.

If you want a savory breakfast in the morning, it was difficult, but there was a lot of sweet food to eat. Mosquitoes came into the room from the air conditioning. We didn't keep the balcony door open. The roof terrace was not open.

The hotell is clean, silent and the staff was friendly. Bus stop to city is near (from and to airport and to Mondello beach too). Using buses is easy.

The breakfast is not worth of four stars. It was very, very modest. The location of the hotell is so far from city center, that you have to use bus or taxi if going there.

Nice looking hotel, breakfast was good quality, good location if you like peace and quiet at night. Friendly staff.

Airconditioning was turned off in our room after 9 pm and we could not manually change that, so nights were hot. More savoury and healthy breakfast options would be great.

Very nice building with heritage and character, well kept in shape. We had an exceptional view over the little park behind from our balcony. The breakfast offered mainly typically Italian sweets of bakery quality. The breakfast is run by the most lovely elderly Italian man and backup in the kitchen; he takes special care of his quest and is very sweet, just like the food. There is an option for more continental breakfast but well, go as the locals do (US American guests looked rather sad-ish about that).

Bed was a bit hard for me, not so for my partner.

The hotel is very nice with excellent location, close to Politeama. Rooms are very comfortable, large, clean and well organized with even two tables, with a nice balcony. Bathroom is very large. The breakfast is served in a nice terrace with view on Giardini Inglesi and it is simply superb: excellent pastries and fresh fruit. You can get typical Sicilian granite: either coffee or lemon. The property takes care even of the details.

Just to find a defect: rooms on Via Libertà are a little bit noisy.

Great location, nice room, good breakfast —though a bit pastry heavy and not enough fruit and veggies.

Finding the parking garage was a challenge and its not free.

We liked this hotel very much. It is located next to a charming park at a bit of a distance from the centre but easily walkable or by frequent busses every five minutes for three stops. The hotel itself is quiet. We had rooms in the street side but there is excellent sound insulation.

our room overlooked the Giardino Inglese Park and was very nice. the breakfast area was on the roof and had a great view. the service at breakfast was superb. cafe Freddo con Pana served on order. On site parking was great.

A little removed from the center but that was also an advantage at times.

Reception staff, especially Stephanie were very welcoming, helpful in providing information and arranging transport when needed, especially as were travelling with a baby . The staff serving breakfast were very efficient, pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful.
