New and modern furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean and kept that way throughout our stay. Marco welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for our stay in Palermo. Absolutely quiet, even at night, no noise from the busy Italian streets. Everything is exactly as advertised in the booking.com listing. The apartment is not in the city centre, but it can be reached by bus lines 101 and 102, which run regularly from early morning until late at night. The train station is five minutes away and has a regional train to the airport.

Very nicely renovated room on the 2nd floor which is spacious and modern. It has fast wifi connection, smart-TV, air condition, coffee machine with coffee capsules, mini-bar with bottles of water, wine bottles and other beverages, a very well-equipped modern bathroom with bio products for the body and the hair. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine; quite centrally located and next to it there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops etc.

There was no view and the building is quite old but there is a guard and two elevators

Room was spotless clean , facilities where more than enough for my trip. All staff were really great and available to offer you anything you might need ! It is located in a neighborhood outside the center, near a bus station which can take you almost everywhere ,,quiet and secure. Thanks all of you once again!!

If you're looking for a place in the center ,this is not one of your options. It is not that I didn't like it ,but if you want to stay in the center you should choose something else.

It was a lovely big room with the most comfiest of bed. Marco was super helpful and attended to any of our requests immediately. We had a coffee maker in the room so was able to have a good coffee for breakfast. There was a fridge and a small dining table so it was perfect to have an afternoon snack in the room. Very handy to the train station

We had never seen the key card entry system they use before but Marcus was quick to explain it.

Everything was brand new and functional. The highlight features are: - The soundproof in the room was spot on - not even a slightest noise from the street could be heard. - Sparkling clean room & reception area - Great shower with fantastic water pressure - Great air conditioning - Super comfy bed and delightful bedding sheets & towels - Last but not least: a lovely host; thank you Marco for everything!

There is nothing we didn’t like about this place, our only suggestion is to add hooks next to the shower and sink to hang towels/clothes.

The rooms were very elegant decorated and very clean. The owner of the place was very kind and was very informative and helpful to get the best plan for the day in Palermo. We highly recommend this place

Bed was not comfortable, maybe the underlying bedsheet is kind of plastic and makes it hot. Also the WiFi in the room is not good but the common one is ok.

Apartment was comfortable, Marcos is very friendly, and always available, the neighbor is not so good because of the city that is big with big buildings and roads and not so clean , but fortunately we found to park our car easily! The breakfast is very good and sweet ❤️ thank you for everything

Very modern and sharp looking. Marco the owner was available on request and was able to accommodate and request we had. he also recommended some food spots to go to. And sites to go see.

The apartment was lovely inside and clean also. Marco was incredibly helpful and stayed in contact throughout. The breakfast included was very nice. it has a bus stop outside and a train station very close making it easy to access other locations too.
