This was a lovely place to stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was of decent size and adequately furnished. The location is good: the area didn't look particularly smart at first until we realised that Palermo just doesn't really *do* smart. Palermo Lolli station, on the line from the airport to Palermo Centrale, is an unhurried 5-minute walk and the centre of town is perfectly walkable in not much over 15 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and served until 10, which seems a good idea for holidaymakers. The staff were completely delightful.

The only downside, which really didn't bother us at all, was that the private bathroom wasn't en suite but a short hop away across the hallway. Honestly, who cares?

The property is located near train station that is directly connected to the airport City centre is also not that far and pretty easy to navigate Beds are really comfortable, we had troubles waking up in the morning because you just want to sleep more how comfortable they are Staff is really friendly and they serve a nice breakfast which feels like a family reunion because we all sit at one table. There is a variety of food but in small portions so don't expect to be full after it but take it as good morning meal with a coffee

The windows are not perfectly isolated so it can get bit chilly at night time, air conditioning helps heat it so its not that big of an issue However we had a issue with Mosquitos that entered the room even if our windows were shut from first day, and there was lot of them Bathroom is not in the room and one needs to exit his unit to use it so it is not ideal but not something i would reduce the rating What we wish was different is: A mini fridge inside the room to store drinks ect (There is one in a kitchen used by apartment owners but its not as practical as small ones in the rooms)

Very clean, close to the train station that comes from the Airport. Nice light breakfast, and there is also something for vegetarians. Also a huge plus is that the apartment has an exit (mini terrace) where smoking people can smoke without having to leave the building. Overall for cleanliness and quality of rooms it is a solid 9 out of 10. About why not 10 read in what did not like, or rather what I was not ready for.

1. You will live in one of the rooms of a classic large apartment. And your shower and toilet will be separate in a separate room, maybe not even next to your room. In my case it was 6 meters from my room. After showering, if you are shy, you will have to fully dress. 2. My checkout was not at 10-30 or 11 as listed on the bookings, but at 10. Be prepared for this.

If I could give it a 100 out of 10, I would. If you're going to Palermo, you shouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. The host family made us feel like one of their own. Carlotta, in particular, is the sweetest person and helps in every way possible. Their breakfast is much better than most places out there. If I were to come back, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. They're the best.

Parking around was pretty difficult and the parking in the garage downstairs costs 20 Eur per night (or 2Eur per hour) every hour- very expensive place. We weren’t informed precisely about that as we asked the host. The location was okay but not really close to none of the piazzas- about 20 min by foot - but this is obvious while booking the B&B

The room and the bathroom were well-designed and cleaned everyday. The room had everything one may need during the stay such as kettle, tea, tv and AC. Even earplugs were provided, however I didn’t need them at all. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. (also, I really liked the design of the kitchen) However, the most important thing is the amazing hospitality of the hosts. Indeed, I would prefer to stay there without any hesitation if I come to Palermo once again! Strongly recommended :)

Simply nothing

The location of B&B is near all the main attractions (everything is within walking distance). Right by the B&B is also the train station (Lolli), which takes you directly to the airport or central station. Breakfast was great because you get a variety of sweet and savoury. Room was big and comfortable. The hosts are also very lovely people.

The only "bad" thing is that the room overlooks the street, which means you can hear the traffic until late at night. But you are provided with earplugs to use if you're a lighter sleeper. Everything else was great.

The owners are the most hospitable and nice people, responsive, very helpful and thoughtful, breakfast was amazing, you can choose - sweet, savory or even both. The bathroom was very clean, very fast internet connection

Everything was perfect, it is a nice walk to city center, train station 5 mins from the appartment

Family run business. Owners were lovely. Carlotta was super helpful, spoke exceptional English, and seemed to be genuinely kind. She helped me out with a few queries via WhatsApp and was very helpful. Her parents were equally as kind. They made a fantastic breakfast every morning and were sweet and wholesome.

Shared bathroom but this is advertised in the listing. Nothing was hidden and no genuine complaints.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was sparkling clean, the private bathroom was very spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The family running the apartment is extremely friendly and helpful, the contact is great and we could leave our luggage after checkout. We would 100% love to stay there again :)
