We had a lovely stay at BB Essenze in Palermo! This charming accomodation is located right in the city center, within just a 10–20 minute walk from all the main attractions and landmarks, which made exploring the city super convenient. The place was spotless and very well-maintained — we truly felt at home. Traveling with a small child, we especially appreciated the small kitchen, fully equipped and stocked with complimentary items like coffee, tea, milk, croissants, and more. It made things so much easier for us. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception and the lady who takes care of the cleaning — both made us feel very welcome. This is definitely a small B&zB with heart and soul, and great value for money. We highly recommend it, whether you're traveling as a couple or with family!

We had a pleasant stay at BB Essenze in Palermo. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to popular restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, and the self check-in process was smooth and convenient. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out, which was a big plus. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting Palermo!

Although breakfast was shown as included on our booking for a one-night stay, we were informed later that it wasn’t, which was a bit confusing. However, the shared area offered coffee, milk, water, yogurt, and some snacks, which was a nice touch.

Location was very nice. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable. Helpful with early luggage drop off which was really nice. Gave us info on parking for the area.

Upon check out we were asked to pay for the room taxes again. It took a text to others to clarify and get the person on duty to acknowledge it wasn’t correct. Bathroom was fine but a cross the hall and while known, it was separated enough there could have been a curtain in the hall so nighttime trips weren’t as public.

Everything was great, really polite hosts and cleaning ladies, location is amazing, close to everything, main attractions and public rides.

Our shower cabin was really small, other things were excellent.

The property was just off the main road,close to beautiful beaches no problem parking had all facilities and the host and staff were very helpful with any questions Breakfast was very nice and sufficient

The TV was hard to tune

Perfect communication, very clean, very comfortable bed, self check in. Shout out to Serena (if I remember correctly) which was outstanding. Very friendly and professional. She helped me to find a bus to go to Mondello. Always smiling

Great customer support. We've missed to provide the necessary information before we've arrived but the good people from the B&B reached out and solved all the problems. Everything was a-okay!

Very nice place to stay - quiet, very clean, all new. Nice common zone as well with tea and coffee. In the morning the housekeeper brings fresh croissants :) recommended 100%

Good location although initially felt a bit rundown area on walk from train station but turned out not to be the case. Close to everything required.
