Even before I arrived massimo was in contact to making my arrival easy, he gave full advice on direction from the airport even down to the Train times. Massimo wasn’t there at the time of check which I need had happen before but it was seamless. He was at the end of a phone and aided in every step. I did ask for an iron and it was there in my room on arrival. The room is extremely clean/spacious, great storage space and an amazing coffee machine(espresso) which they replenished the pods every morning, Also a fridge in the room. The bed is extremely comfortable, fantastic high quality mattress and pillows. The location of the hotel is fantastic it’s basically 10/15 minute walk to nearly all major attractions. Can not speak more highly of this hidden gem

Nothing, couldn’t fault it in any way

We had a beautiful stay at belMORO. The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to be in the center of Palermo where you can reach a lot of things by foot. We parked our car at a public garage (13€ a day) which was only 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Massimo has been an amazing host, we were able to reach him anytime via Whatsapp. The breakfast included is amazing! You'll get it in a bar called "FAVA" only 1 minute away from the apartment and it was delicious! We still talk about it.

I had a very pleasant stay in Palermo, thanks to my lovely host Massimo - very good communication and helpful information from the onset and excellent recommendations from him for my stay. The local cafe they collaborate with for breakfast was wonderful and I had a really enjoyable time. The room was large and spotlessly clean. A 5 minute walk to the first of various street markets and the opera house. Very good value for money - I can't recommend the hotel highly enough!

Stylish and immaculate room in a great location. They had thought of everything to ensure that I had a great time at BelMORO.The fridge was stocked with water & fruit juice.Complementary tea & coffee too! There were even international plug adapters should they be needed. Massimo was the perfect host;helping with transport advice before my arrival, & giving me great suggestions for places to visit when I arrived & checked in.He even carried my bag upstairs for me 😊

Excellent location, and very comfortable room with all facilities. Massimo and his lovely team gave us a very comprehensive check in with lots of nice recommendations in the area. They were very warm and helpful for any questions before our trip. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a great location in Palermo. Massimo and his team also kindly gifted us free breakfast as a token for our honeymoon which was also delicious!!!

Not enough words to describe the whole accommodation. The rooms are very close to the city centre, the whole place is newly renovated, modern, stylish and has everything that you will ever need. The facility is a clear 10/10. But what really made the stay fantastic was the host. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, answering all my questions promptly before the trip and even giving recommendations for local restaurants and things to see. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks in large part to a fantastic host! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo.

The room was spacious and the bedding was clean and comfortable.The location was easy to find and we were lucky to get a free parking space downstairs. Breakfast was served at the nearby FAVA restaurant, which as particularly delicious. The coffee and bread were both very tasty and beautifully presented. We were very satisfied. The owner gave us the water in the room and two juices as a gift.

When walking around, the floor of the room makes a slight thumping sound, but it doesn't have much of an impact.

A fine and reasonable stay at belMoro. A rainy night and delayed flight held me up but Alessandro made nothing of it and settled me in for my two night stay.Sunday and Monday allowed for pleasant meandering and eating in this slightly off centre neighborhood. Massimo the day manager was friendly and helpful down to allowing a slightly extended check out and getting a taxi and helping with luggage. Every hotel should have a Massimo and the team he coordinates.

The apartment is located in the very center, in a quiet street, 4-5 minutes from Teatro Massimo, and there is cheap and safe parking nearby. The room is new and clean, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Also breakfast in a very nice restaurant with a wide selection. Big praise for Massimo, an excellent host, a such professional, very helpful and full of useful information. All recommendations!!!

Massimo was an amazing host. Super friendly, helpful and responsive. The room was modern and clean. Coupons for breakfast at the cafe nearby were excellent. Air conditioning was strong and adjustable.

Not quite in the heart of Palermo, about a 10 minute walk. On Level 1 with stair access only so it might be bothersome for some (we had no issues). The shower leaked lots of water.
