Friendly welcome, great location. Host (Marco) very nice and helpful with really good english.

No coffee machine in the room, no spoons, glasses (1 cup), fridge outside of the room. Everything I guess available in the kitchen which is closed when host is not there so its good to check what you may need and ask in advance (wine glass and wine opener in my case). For few days is ok, for longer I would look for something else, depend of what are your expectations. From the room description I was expecting to have coffe machine and fridge inside the room.

The bedroom was spacious. It looked like a mini apartment. In residential area. 10mns walking from the Pantheon. Beautiful building.

Breakfast in a coffee shop with only 3 tables in the street, around 8 a.m. they were taken by workers smoking. You had to eat the croissant and drink coffee standing up. View from the bedroom was on the courtyarf filled with big water tanks making noises. I would have give a higher rate if not for the breakfast.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes' walk from Massimo, making it easy to return to the room to freshen up during the day. Also, the large bed with firm mattress ensured a sound nights' sleep. (Indeed, it was surprisingly quiet outside.) Additionally, there was a very friendly receptionist, who provided a map with a suggested walking tour. Last but not least, the early (11am) check-in was wonderful for someone arriving on an early flight.

Slightly difficult to locate as property is inside a building and isn't signposted outside. (Google Maps had a habit of placing it around the corner.) Breakfast was fairly basic, and served by someone with no English, which made communication a challenge. Having a tub rather than a shower with a curtain made it difficult not to splash water on the wood floor.

Somewhat close to downtown about 10 min. Marco was super friendly and accommodating Clean showers, bathrooms. Big rooms and beds.

We had both rooms with street view and it does get noisy at night so if you have kids it's hard to keep them asleep. Some pillowsl were stained so we did not use them and it made it for a not so comfortable sleep. Parking is hard to find on street. But garage is available for extra 20 euro 2 blocks down the road. Overall good with things to mind when booking.

Very clean nice room with even a hottub In it, Easy self check-in by small YouTube film and was guided on the phone (by Marco) at entrance. Good Italian breakfast. Location 15 minutes from city center, situated in nice safe neighbourhood. I really recommend this B&B.

Everything great, maybe just one roll of toiletpaper more.

Super comfy bed and nicely decorated room. Very clean and host was very helpful. Short trip into city centre. Great spa bath.

We had a wifi outage during my stay, but that was no-one's fault.

Hosts are friendly and very helpful. Entrance from the street shaded by trees through a wooden high gate, interesting design of a palace-style room, great bathroom with jacuzzi :) Flexible and convenient check in by phone on site.

They informed us after completing the booking that late check in has an extra charge of € 15 after 19.00 and € 30 after 24.00. Unfortunately, this information was not available on booking.com. Ultimately, however, the fee was not charged.

Bathroom could use better organisation

Nice location very close to main sightseeing in Palermo, very professional and gentle staff. They have organised check-in at 9 a.m then only ask to leave a luggage

Conveniently located once you figure out the streets. Easy to get the main pedestrian street so you didn't need to worry about cars. Hosts were very gracious when I left something in my room as I was departing for the train station. They instructed me on how to get back in the main door.
