Great location within easy walking distance of el Teatro Massimo, shops and other sights. On the second floor of a grand old building that had a lift we didn’t dare to use. The staff were very helpful, helping with luggage and explaining how to pay for street parking (enforced for only 10 hours per day at €1/hour). Breakfast was nice and fruit, pastries, toast, coffee, cold meats and cheese. Access to the room and apartments was with a key card. The boys found the sofa bed ok. The a/c worked ok - needed given it reached some 44 degrees. The shower pressure and its different jets were great.

The tap water pressure was too high for the round sink and splashed onto us all of the time. The sofa bed when out was very close to the front door. There was a damp patch in the wall.

Really spacious apartment. There's a lift if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was a good size too. Not too far from the city centre either. A nice breakfast each morning of different pastries.

Beyond their control but be aware it is central Palermo, so there can be some noise coming from the street, particularly at the weekend, but this will be the same wherever you stay.

The huge bath was great. It was too hot outside for the in-room sauna but on the right season or if your from Finland it would be amazing too. Breakfast was good in the room. We ate across the street 3 times for dinner. The little balcony was a nice plus too. I would highly recommemd if you don't mind a little walk to the city center and the ferry. I would stay here again for sure. Multiple cafes are near too.

No complaints!

Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. The room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. The breakfast which was served in our room was lovely and more than enough. The location was great very quiet but not far from the main historical area. We were within an 8 minute walk to the bus that takes you directly to the airport which was really convenient. Would defo recommend a stay here.

The accommodation is very nice, the rooms are elegantly furnished. The building has an elevator, so it is easy to carry your luggage up to the second floor. Our host was very nice, I could barely take our heavy suitcase from her :) The breakfast was fantastic, we got both sweet and salty dishes. That sandwich and fresh tomatoes with mozzarella were very good.

Great location, five minutes walk from Politeama, 10 minutes from Teatro Massimo and Via Maqueda. Very good breakfast, although its content and quantity varies, depending on which of the staff is working on a given morning (as well as room cleaning)

There were no instructions for using the safe.

Central location, good-sized bed with two pullows each, and a later check out was nice.

It was fairly noisy as the street noises easily penetrated the room due to the single glazing on the windows. It also lacked a bit of comfort and would benefit from a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on.

We liked the convience and closeness of the accommodation to numerous historical sites.

The difficulty in finding eating establishments close to the accommodation that were open earlier than 7:00 pm.

Very friendly helpful staff. Fairly central location. Very clean, fantastic breakfast. Overall I am very pleased with all aspects of this accommodation

Nothing really. If I could pick on anything it would be a lack of any view from my room. I find this in Europe, just a little different from what I experience at home in Australia, so I probably shouldn’t mention this, just a personal thing.

The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

Only downside might have been that we had to check out at 11am to then leave our bags with a staff member on our last day, which meant we had to come back to the hotel early, instead of leaving bags in storage early in the morning and coming back early afternoon.
