Excellent location in city centre Palermo, walking distance of main tourist attractions. Safe parking paid extra of accommodation. Lovely tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. Big room, very clean and cleaned daily. Good wifi and facilities, beautiful Christmas decorations. Friendly staff very helpful went beyond expectation to make our 3 nights stay very nice, really appreciated. Grazie!

Very rich and tasty breakfast. Very convenient location for walking in the main street of the City. There is an easy bus transfer with 101 and 102 from the Palermo Centrale.

Helpful, friendly, professional staff - Housekeeping, all Receptionists including Joshua, Andrea, Raffaele, Alessio, staff in Breakfast room, staff in roof top restaurant. Delicious breakfast, plenty of choice. Amazing views from roof top restaurant. Delicious food served in roof top restaurant.

Unfortunately on the last night of our stay we have to mention that a group of approximately 12 people were also dining in the roof top restaurant. This group spent approximately 45 minutes * standing much too close to our table when we were dining. The group eventually sat down at their own table after 45 minutes. We suggest that an improvement could be made if there are groups dining in the roof top restaurant in the future. Perhaps a temporary screen could be considered to separate such a group from the other people dining in the restaurant. This is no criticism of the staff working in the roof top restaurant. We met Alessia and three waiters who all provide an excellent service.

first off, there is a private bus company from the airport that makes several stops, get off at a stop called Politeama and the front door for the hotel is literally across the street. Cost Euro. Bus number 101 and 102 also have stops in front of the hotel. these buses go right to the main strain station and run very frequently. The main walkable tourist street begins at this location as well. This is the hotel you want for location. We also took a cab to the ferry to go to Naples. We were very happy with this hotel

Great location. Large clean room. Large bathroom with spacious shower. Very attentive reception service. Great housekeeping and room cleaning. Good restaurant on site.

The ‘family room’ is large but the space is poorly utilized, the design is not practical, especially for a longer stay. Storage: the closet is ok but with only one shelf inside; there are 2 open shelf above the coffee bar area - shall I put my clothes there? The room was quite dark, with windows looking into the ‘internal courtyard’, and no adequate light in the room: no table lamp, the lamp above the sofa lightens up the entire room, which defeats the purpose of the huge bookcase that suppose to split the room into 2 ‘private’ sub-rooms: bedroom and the seating area with the sleeping sofa

Location was good - just on the edge of the new and old parts of town. The best part of this hotel was the roof top bar which was a fabulous place for a before or after dinner drink, although on our last night we also ate here and the food was absolutely delicious. Nice staff and of course a great view.

Our room was on the small side and I thought rather underwhelmingly furnished at first but then it grew on me a bit! The hotel seemed quite newly refurbished and our room was kept very clean. It’s noisy and polluted out there in Palermo so needed to keep the bedroom’s double glazed door to the little balcony shut nearly all the time. Breakfast was ok but could improve with some decent fresh bread.

During my recent stay, the concierge, Fillipo, completely transformed my trip from good to unforgettable. Not only did he track down a taxi driver who had overcharged me by $50 — and ensured the situation was resolved quickly — but he also went above and beyond in making sure I experienced the very best of the area. His recommendations for boat excursions, restaurants, and local hidden gems were absolutely spot-on, turning each day into its own highlight. His professionalism, resourcefulness, and genuine care for guests made me feel valued and well taken care of. Thanks to his dedication and personal touch, my hotel stay was 100% better than I could have imagined. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again.

The hotel room can use an upgrade. The sink clogged and the front door lock fell off.

We’ve just come back from a four-night stay at this hotel as a family of four with two children aged 8 & 12. The family room with the TV/ Wall partition was perfect and we slept really comfortably. The location is perfect. I’m not going to elaborate on that - check Google maps and you’ll see that for yourself. Better still, have an evening at the hotel’s rooftop bar with the view and you’ll see the evidence! The bar staff were lovely by the way. The staff are good at this hotel but I must give a special mention to Orazio (apologies if I have misspelt your name) who served us breakfast. He was such a professional who showed the highest standards and level of attention. Thank you, Orazio, much appreciated.

It would have been great if they had a swimming pool but that wasn't an important reason behind the purpose of this trip i.e. a city-break to explore a new place and experience the culture etc.

Fantastic buffet style breakfast with great choice and all super fresh. Would go back just for the breakfasts! Great location too, easy walk across the square to the heart of the old town. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. Shower door didn’t quite close properly but plenty of hot water for the rain shower.

No milk or tea bags with the kettle in the room which is maybe typical in Sicily but a little unexpected when visiting from the UK. Central location means there is some noise especially if you want to leave your window open.
