Apart hotel in center of Palermo. Breakfast is included. Newly renovated room, comfortable bed with good linens. There is a refrigerator in the room with free drinks. You can ask for a kettle in your room. The air conditioner worked well for heating. Attentive administrator

It would be nice to make a pull-out in the bathroom, as well as hooks and shelves in the bathroom. There is no place for bathroom accessories and things. There is a big noisy street under the window, but we had earplugs. It would be great if they were in the room just in case. Big problem with parking in whole city, no privat parking in this B&B

Everything was wonderful from the moment I arrived at Amarillo-Veronica was so kind, caring and helpful! The rooms were fabulous, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic! Veronica made my stay so easy, providing local information and was very much available for anything I needed. Amarillo is so centrally-located in Palermo and everywhere was easily accessible. I will definitely be back- thanks so much Veronica and Team!

Nothing to dislike

Ever-smiling and helpful Veronica greeted us warmly and from there our experience just got better and better due to the excellent location, spaciousness of the room and great breakfasts. Loved our little balcony which meant we could witness a city waking up and check out the local street life. Restaurants a minute away, bus stop and the Hop On Hop Oof bus a block away. Via Roma next door was a direct route to the train station. Veronica’s attention to the room and helpful ideas for eating and activities were much appreciated.

Would have liked drinking glasses in the room, not those horrible flimsy plastic cups. Would have appreciated liquid hand soap and a non-slip mat in the shower. Pillows were a little dated. But I am just being picky here.

The team was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was very nice, and they offered a good variety of fresh options each morning. Everything was well-prepared and delicious. Our room was very beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

This is a fantastic hotel in a very safe area of Palermo. Very clean, quiet and a comfortable bed with a fridge in the room with some nice welcome drinks. 👍. Some great local restaurants and easy access to public transport for trains and ferries. A short 10 to 15 min flat walk from the central tourist areas of Quattro Canti for sight seeing but a much more pleasant area to finish off the night. And Veronica is super friendly and full of great tips. I would stay here again I'm a heartbeat

Not much not to like but I would say the breakfast is very basic, enough to get you started for the day ahead and a coffee served by the lovely Veronica

The breakfast was perfect to get you started for the day. Wonderful cappuccino made by Veronica! The room was large and we had two balconies. The bathroom was large with an exceptional shower. Location was perfect.

Nothing the b&b can do about it, but, not being able to flush toilet paper is a nuisance. Having said that, the bins are emptied every day and it we got used to it. The same system operates in lots of the bars and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay at Amarillo! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with great care. The location was perfect — we could reach many sights easily on foot. The price-performance ratio was also excellent. We would love to come back anytime!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations.

We have travelled Europe for several months, and experienced the best and worst in hotels. Amarillo is exceptional in being among the best for its location, service and cleanliness. Our room was modern, and well appointed with kettle, refrigerator, tea, coffee and the rest. There are many good restaurants nearby and the main tourist promenade is only two streets away. A special shout out for Veronica, the host with a ready smile, a wealth of tourist information and excellent barista skills. And for Giuseppe also, the amiable owner who toured us about the region for a most reasonable price.

First of all, Veronica was a lovely and helpful host. We were able to leave our stuff at the B&B before check-in and on the day of our departure we left our bags there because we had a late flight. Our room was spacious and clean. Also, breakfast was simple, but delicious.

Streets are pretty loud, so it could be a problem if you want to sleep with a window open. But, the room has air conditioning so that is helpful.

Top location, close to the very touristic part, yet a bit outside, and to a posh part of town with more local bars. There are plenty if delicious restaurants around. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with 2 small balconies. The hostess Veronica was super nice, hospitable and helpful. We booked last minute and I think we got a great value for money, definitely feeling lucky! I would stay there again.
