The family room was spacious, and all the amenities we needed were available. The receptionists were friendly, although they seemed to be present only until early afternoon. The location was perfect - right next to bus 101, which takes you to the central station or connects with other buses like the 806 to Mondello. It was also very close to the shopping area.

Not really the fault of the hotel but the slightest noise from the street could be heard in the room. Also, I'd imagine taking a shower in winter could be a bit cold because there's no shower curtain and the bathroom is huge and the ceiling is high; perhaps having the heater running will help.

The location is only about 6-10mins to the main historical sites, and there are abundance of restaurants around. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable bed and excellent WiFi connection.

There isn't a fridge in the room which is somewhat inconsistent if you want to cool any drinks or store any leftover foods. As my room is facing the inside of the building, it's rather dark. It could also be noisy especially if your room is close to the communal area, noise made by guests (in the evening) or cleaning staff (in the morning). There should be a sign to ask people to keep the noise down.

The location was perfect , walking distance to all the main areas. The room was amazing, high ceilings with multiple balconies. Including small fridge, kettle and tea. The lady working there was very friendly and nice. The person that we booked from via booking.com was really helpful and responsive via text at all times. Definitely will stay here again

Good location, right at the northern limit of the Old Town Friendly and helpful staff that even offered me an umbrella when rainning and gave me their best tips. Spacious bed 2 convenient resaturants adjoining the place and many around

It lacked one chair to be used as a support of my luggage but they provided me one Reception works from 8 am to 3 pm so it's advisable to arrive during this range of time Code number has to be used 3 different times before getting in to the room

Great location, very comfortable and clean bathroom and bedroom, a frigobar with many options of beverages at fair price. The owner was kind and supportive, and he atores the suitcases for us until late afternoon and showed us a bathroom we could use when picking up the suitcases. I strongly recommend it.

Everything was fine and worked well

Room could do with some tlc in places but other bits well decorated and bed was super comfy and shower powerful and lots of hot water. Nice and clean.

Not in the control of the owner and you expect city noise for a central location but you could hear mopeds,alarms etc quite clearly and early morning the noise was quite bad especially with a dog from another building that did not stop barking from 7.45am onwards.

A charming little guest house on the third floor of a historic building. An easy ~15 minute walk to Quattro Canti (that you can do mostly on the pedestrian Via Maqueda) and very close to the ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable rooms, nice amenities including toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, and plenty of storage. GREAT shower - one of the best I've ever had in a hotel room! Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area but it is tucked away just off of the busy main street so not noisy.

This is more of a guesthouse than full service hotel. It worked out fine but we didn't realize this, since the booking.com description lists breakfast, room service, and bar as amenities, but none of these were available (there isn't even a common area for guests like a lobby or lounge). You could purchase what was essentially a voucher for a café around the corner for breakfast, and the room had a mini-bar with beer, wine, and water. Again it worked out fine - the room was much larger than a typical hotel room so we relaxed there - but just not exactly what we expected.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property also how close the attractions are from there. The staff was great and Olga helped me to book a return taxi once I don't speak Italian, yet. I really enjoyed their friendliness and how they keep the property clean and welcoming and so I truly recommend the Liberty Suites to fellow travelers.

I am pleased with that so I have no complaints.

There should be instructions how to turn the AC (special temperature needed to be set up). Our stay was on February, we arrived really late. Our first night we slept in the jackets.

Perfect location with short distance by foot to all important places to visit in Palermo. High standard of suite that allowed us to feel very well with our toddler. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent contact with the Team (cheers to Giacomo :)). Restaurants downstairs (great pizza:)) and supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend Liberty Suites for staying in Palermo.
