Great old fully refurbished luxury hotel. Splendid! Super friendly staff, impeccable service. Great spa treatments at a very good price. Super comfy bed.

The WiFi was awful. I had to do all my teams calls from my mobile, WIFI cutting out all the time and generally being weak. Not appropriate in the year 2025! Our room was quite dark with the window facing into a tiny, narrow courtyard, which was also noisy at times maybe from some ventilation. It would have been great to add this to the description of the room.

All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The absence of a restaurant in the hotel was made up for by staff recommendations for excellent restaurants. We also thought the location of the hotel was excellent, near the center of the city but on a quiet street.

We found it odd that a room for two people would not have an armchair in addition to the desk chair. We also found it strange that the wifi only seemed to work when the television was turned on.

Wim was a great deal of help to our group. My friend left her passport on the plane, and after supplying Wim with the necessary information on her seat location and flight number, he quickly found out that the airport police had her passport. That could not have gone better.

The room I stayed in was large, tidy - but a bit worn down and depressing. Practically every one of the guests were Americans. Maybe that is their targeted customer. Where are the Europeans staying??

Location is good, within walking distance to both the sightseeing area as well as to the port. The staff is helpful with my requests to send extra water/coffee and provided me with the info on the airport shuttle, which is not reflected through Google Map. The room I booked is small but clean, with boutique interior. The shower is nice with strong water.

By default there's no electric kettle for you to boil water. But if you ask the staff, they can bring you the set. Also the room I got is quite small, ok for one person but it won't fit more than that. The breakfast choice is rather limited considering it is a 5 star hotel and the dishes are quite standard, without any true specialties.

The Hotel is really nice, it has that high class feel to it. Room has high ceilings, solid wood furniture and good sound insulation overall a great feeling to it. The location is in the center of Palermo, very close to some really good restaurants and you will definitely not be disappointed by staying there. Breakfast was ok, it had everything you would expect. The coffee is really good, especially the cappuccino. The staff was very helpful and really respectful, I have to commend them for that.

Honestly, the only thing I did not "like" was that some small details felt like they were ignored, or left in a bit of state of disrepair. For example, the chandelier in the room, was detached from the ceiling and you could see wires coming out of the amazingly decorated ceiling (which felt a bit meh) and in the bathroom the joints between the different bathroom furniture felt like they were rushed, you could see gaps. All in all, little details that could be fixed within hours if the effort was put it.

Location, price, breakfast. Vallet parking provided (of course on additional charge). We asked for the luggage scale, and they brough it to the room in few minutes. The hotel is a little bit outdated and rooms need renovation since it is a 5 star hotel, but on the other hand the price was convenient. For business purpose is a good choice.

In the room there was only tea to prepare yourself in the morning. There was no instant coffee, although we did not request it, so maybe they would have provided also instant coffee if we asked :)

Indeed it is a grand hotel! We loved the sophisticated atmosphere.. it felt like stepping back in time to the grandeur of yesterday. Alida at reception was superb. Alida was so helpful to us in planning our stay in Palermo….even to the extent of getting our train tickets to Cefalu for us. The whole staff at the hotel should be commended. You could not ask for a better location… ideal for visiting many of the historic sights by walking. The offerings for breakfast were plentiful.

We didn’t find one thing we didn’t like.

We recently stayed at this Palermo hotel and had a wonderful time. Its location near the main street and attractions made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff's friendliness and readiness to assist added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel's decor, especially in our room, was fantastic, creating a cozy and luxurious feel. Breakfast had a lot of choices, including Prosecco, which was a great way to start our days. It was like a peaceful retreat in the midst of Palermo's hustle and bustle. A shoutout to the bar, which made our evenings special with its hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to coming back.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as all the important sights, markets, city center and harbor are within walking distance. The area was clean and safe, also at night. breakfast buffet was extraordinarily rich and the staff (especially Davide) was very attentive, cheerful, helpful. reception staff very polite, helpful and sophisticated

Our room was on the first floor at the back in an extremely small courtyard: this meant that the room was always dark, even when the sun was shining. The sewage pipes from all the rooms run loudly into this courtyard, so you always have the feeling that it is constantly raining. This is very annoying and loud, especially at night. Make sure you get a room on the upper floors and/or facing the street!

Fabulous location, excellent breakfast, and really helpful staff. A wonderful hotel with so much character. It was easy to get to from the aiport, and the room was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The location was excellent and within walking distance of all of the heritage sites and main attractions. We were surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was fantastic and full of traditional Sicilian food and lots of choice.
