If you are lucky to see an availability about this hotel, please read this: 1. Host and cleaner were really accommodating,friendly and very helpful. Giuseppe is there whenever you need him. The check in was smooth and everything were explained well. 2. The hotel ambiance is relaxing with all the things needed were provided from breakfast (Coffee machine was great as you can make cappucino or any type of coffee you want, they also provide juice and amounts of bottled water on your fridge inside the room) the bathroom towels and bed linens were always changed (always, everyday). The room and overall ambiance of the hotel were the best accommodation i have ever been so far in my whole traveling experience. 3. The location of the hotel is positioned where it is walkable from the historic center of Palermo. You could go either left or right of the street and you could just pop in to via maqueda, the famous mercatos and street foods of Palermo. It was also easy to find coming from the Palermo Centrale Station. You could walk your way going to the hotel. 4. The water inside the shower has hot and/or cold. After a long day of walking in Palermo, if you needed to shower, your preferred shower whether its cold or hot or in between is available as soon as you open it. Also, Airconditioning and TV is available in the room. So its really a good feeling to stay and just relax to finish the day. 5. They also allow you to leave your luggages upon early check in or when you check out if needed. 6. Overall my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in Palermo as this hotel really gave us the time and unwind. It was really perfect. It was overwhelming and beyond our expectations.

The only thing I dont like is that this hotel was rated 2 stars. Its sad, because I have been to some 3 or 4 stars but this hotel have provided much more services than a regular 3 star hotel. For my opinion, this should be atleast a 3 stars hotel. Anyway, 2 stars or not this hotel is the best.

The reception of Giuseppe was very nice, he explained everything very well. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Room and bathroom were very clean. In the room there was a small desk, enough place to put our luggage and things, a complementary breakfast, juice and water in the little fridge. And there is a very nice common room with a coffee machine and balcony. Giuseppe let us leave our luggage the next day before we went to the apartment. The location is great in the city center, but the room was quiet and no sounds came in from outside. I will stay here every time I will be in Palermo and recommend it heartily.

Decent accomodation really close to the city centre but far enough from the noise sources of the night. Very kind and helpful host. Free cool water, milk, coffee and some food for breakfast provided for free. Thorough housekeeping every day. The host let us store our baggages inside the facility after checking out. Kitchen equipment provided in a shared kitchenette.

Room size could have been a bit bigger but that's why it is called "economy room". The bathroom is equipped with a sewage pump which can be pretty noisy but I guess it is a must due to the outdated sewerage system in the city centre.

Our host Giuseppe was so welcoming. The room was spacious, effective AC, room included a fridge with complementary water bottles. Great bathroom and shower. Comfy bed/pillows with bedside plugs. Little balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking busy road, but enclosed with plants so didn't matter about road. Straightforward walk from central train station and great location to main Palermo shops/restaurant and easy walking distance to port for Napoli ferry. Guest lounge with tables & chairs and a coffee maker to help yourself to hot drinks. Lift access to 6th floor hotel.

Nothing - we loved it!

The hotel has perfect location, between two very important streets of Palermo - Via Roma e Via Ruggero Settimo (a continuation of Via Maqueda), situated between two Palermitan theatres - Teatro Massimo and Politeama Garibaldi. The hotel is at sixth floor (it has a lift) in a nice elder building. It is not in the historical centre, but it is just two minutes away from it (which I think is even better, to not be in the Historical centre but very near it). There is a common room with a balcony, where you can have your coffee, warm your meal or something else of that sort (I usally worked there since the atmosphere was nice and the WiFi was excellent). The room itself was small but sufficient, it had a TV, AC, fridge (water, coffee milk and some snacks were always provided free of charge), closet and a table. I would like to especially emphasis on the cleanliness of the hotel and the room itslef, and the generosity and hospitability of the owner of the hote - mister Giuseppe. He was always very helpful, with many useful info not just for the facility, but the city as well.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, and the only things I had issues with was the poor WiFi signal in the room and the shower that only had the upper tap, and not the one you can hold in your hand. Also the windows could be either open or closed, there was no option to open them just in the upper part.

This was a great budget option. Our room was very comfortable and came equipped with a safe and a mini fridge. The fridge was stocked with water, juice,yogurt and a few other snacks were included in price of the room. Giuseppe, the owner, was helpful, friendly and readily available. The lift worked great and was a must as this property is located on the 6th floor.

The step up into the shower was awkward and one had to use caution to use it safely.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is located perfectly in the city centre, all the sights were reachable by foot, a supermarket is really close by. The rooms were simple but lovely and we had a cute private balcony. Free drinks and snacks were restocked everyday in our fridge. Thanks for having us!

Giuseppe gave us a very warm welcome. I can say that he was very organised and attentive. He explained all the rules to us in detail. After check out, he saved us a big burden by allowing us to leave our suitcases there. Thank you also for this. The room was big enough and clean. The location of the hotel was also central. We were very pleased. Just as a recommendation, the bed in room 6, where we stayed, was deformed. Since the friends staying in other rooms do not have this problem, it cannot be a negative opinion, it can only be a recommendation.

A rare thing these days, a very cordial welcome from the owner proprietor of this small, very tastefully decorated hotel on the sixth floor of an old building. There is a lift! There's a small terrace with views down to the port where you can have a cup of tea or breakfast. I will return.

The location of this cosy hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city, which made it easy to explore all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The incredible hospitality of the host Giuseppe contributed greatly in my positive experience. His warm and welcoming nature, along with his assistance with any requests, greatly enhanced my stay. The room was cozy and clean. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Palermo. I would highly recommend it.
