Excellently located close to Politeama theater, and only 15 minutes walking from the historic city center. The main area is quite vivid and safe with many restaurants and cafes. The room was quite big and recently renovated. The bathroom wad spacious and luminous. Airco was properly functioning and therefore we could survive the heatwave. The rooms are located on the first floor and are easily accessible via stairs or elevator. The dining space and the common areas are as well freshly painted and pleasant. We were daily asked for our room to be cleaned, and we could leave our luggage in the lobby for some time after the check out.

Breakfast was less than basic. Although we were served coffee on the spot, and the croissants provided were delicious, the food itself was not something special for this price. A bit of refreshment and alternation on the breakfast menu is strongly recommended.

The location was perfect. Very easy transfer from airport by bus. Only 5 min walk when you get off the bus. Lots of coffee houses, restaurants and supermarkets around. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Especially the daily cleaning facility was very good. The cleaning lady was the best of all I see till today even when compared to hotels. The managers were all the time reachable and attentive. The breakfast was good with choices of bakery, cheese, salami etc. Thanks for the hospitality.

The property is in an excellent location. Nearby parking spaces - most of them however are expensive around 30€ per night. Lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was modern. Had a balcony with city view.

The apartment was not soundproof: we could hear people walking outside our room or speaking and it would woke us up. Also there is noise from the street. Although there is a fridge is not working. Bed and pillow were not very comfortable.

Very stylish, big , modern rooms on the first floor of the building and high-tech system for self check-in / out on entry and leaving. Passports / I.D. should be copied and sent by email in advance . The pedestrianised leafy street outside has a fine big café / restaurant with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Overall a very good location between the Via Roma and the Via R.Settimo shopping street which leads on to the Via Maqueda which has many restaurants between the Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti historic centre. Daniele was very helpful with gluten free options for my wife and in booking our shuttle to the airport at a good price – although the street outside is normally traffic free the taxi came to the door to collect us.. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and it was the most stylish and trendy place we stayed in Sicily.

Some teething problem with self service arrival .

Belmonte102 is located at the center of Palermo, with easy access to many restaurants and main streets. Our host was super friendly, made sure to explain everything in details and gave us tips on what to do in Palermo. The room was bigger then I expected, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had some special lights going on. The room had an AC, which is a must during the summer. Overall, we were super pleased with our stay.

Considering you are in Italy, the breakfast was quite disappointing. There were very few options and the coffee was not so good.

Great location near city centre, safe zone, many restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access into the building and room. Friendly staff, breakfast quite poor but ok.

Cleanliness could be better, especially in the bathroom, the shower cabin was not properly maintained and cleaned of limestone, dust.

Excellent location for Palermo stay. Walking distance to old town and to bus stations to airport. Excellent breakfast experience, staff were very friendly and try to accommodate wherever they can.

The Air-conditioning setting was a bit faulty, sometimes it shuts down itself and we cannot use the control to make it start again. 1 point taken off for a dead cockroach found on the next day in the bathroom, but we thought this was an odd case. The entire apartment was very clean and tidy all the time.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are in a great place in town. It is easy reach to all main attractions. The owner was lovely, very chatty and made our stay amazing. We will definalty stay again.

We did not have breakfast as it was a bit basic for our taste. But it did look very appetising. The TV in the room did not have any English speaking channels and the subtitles were in Italian. But to be fair who needs a TV when you are in beautiful SCICILY. There is no tea and coffee facilities inside the room you have to use the ones in the communal area.

The location of the property was excellent. Situated in a quiet street with lovely cafes. Also Daniele was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. All complaints were attended to quickly and swiftly by Daniele. The room was clean. Fresh croissants for breakfast were good. Daniele helped us with parking.

The air conditioner kept switching itself on and off which made the heating hard to regulate. Also one day the water ran out when showering. Breakfast was limited in terms of fresh savoury items and fresh fruit.
