We are quite particular as travellers yet I CANNOT fault the Customer Service at all - we had loads of questions and queries (before and during our stay!) and even got locked out yet EVERY time we asked a question etc we were met with faultless and most prompt Customer Service. Thank you.

This is great place to stay in Palermo. Close the city centre and plenty of good restaurants. The room is nice with huge bed and good shower. The hosts are great and were very patient with our group. The self check in was easy too.

The internet was a bit temperamental and kept dropping in and out. Also some written instructions for the tv would help too 😁

Perfect location in the middle of the city, just nearby main street, double security doors on entrance. Very welcome and warm hosting, nice and clean room, big bathroom space and balkony for smokers, would recommend breakfast as well as good value for price, they even met our requirements of very early breakfast on the last day. Grazie!

Fantastic location with really good spacious, modern room of high value. Staff were helpful and attentive and gave us all the necessary information we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. The cafe across the street also had great coffee and orange juice :)

The fridge can be a bit noisy but unplugging it for the night did the trick - otherwise no major complaints

A nice central bijoux guest apartment in a good location to get around Palermo. Good walking distance of the sights and handy being near the airport shuttle bus route. The interior is full of original artwork and is to a good standard. It is located on an upper floor level accessed by lift so is less prone to street noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the place was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fine and our room had hot drink facilities.

Excellent communication, beautiful decor-especially the bathroom. Very comfortable beds and great bed linen. Very good sweet and savoury breakfast. Coffee, tea and minibar in the room. Helpful staff, spacious facilities, good aircon, quiet, comfy chairs, well serviced daily, very nice location close to Via Roma bus stops and good restaurants. Concierge service for bus to Monreale. We were able to borrow wineglasses and bottle opener for sundowners on our balcony.

Location excellent, value , wonderful updates mixed with tasteful historic details of the original structure. Check in and staff was attentive, available and made the stay lovely. Option for balcony during the day and common space for lounging was a nice addition. The art throughout the structure was an added surprise detail!

Some noise from street on street side for light sleepers.

This is an exceptional place to stay. Bright, comfortable, elegant... this place is run with great care to the finest detail. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street, but it was quiet at night. There is a reception desk and everybody at the Residenza were most kind, willing to help and their recommendations on what to see, where to eat etc... were valuable. We liked the variety of food that was served for breakfast and the coffee. This was definitely the best choice for our short stay in Palermo

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the check in instructions very clear and communicated in good time. There's even a sauna and jacuzzi in the room which we never got to use. Overall a very positive experience.

The room sauna has a limited time operation and needs to be switched on by the host in advance. Curtains not black out ones.

This is a gem of a hotel. Great location and staff. The facilities were excellent. Its literally a 10-minutes walking distance from most monuments. We walked everywhere - only used public transport (Bus) to get to the Central Train Station, to travel to Cefalu and Agrigento. The accommodation was clean and spacious, air-conditioned, Free WiFI and breakfast was included. The staff were very helpful with information on places of interest and Restaurants. Comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Its only a 5-minute walk from the drop-off point of the Airport Bus. Couldn't ask for more - will visit again.

Cannot think of any - we plan to visit Palermo again and will stay at the Residenza Wagner
