Very friendly staff. Mr Ettore was an excellent host and was always very kind to satisfy any request. In a central location to visit Palermo, it is very clean, and the staff were a sympathy. Mr Ettore gives precise indications on where to park if you are going by car and for a little extra fee you can start the day with a good breakfast on the coffee shop at the ground level or if you prefer you can choose a more complete breakfast on room.

Luxurious property, top notch service, atmosphere of tranquility, coffee served to your bedroom, water available in the room, quality cosmetics, clean and beautiful, comfortable bed and gorgeous bedding. Provided with information, taxi organized for the airport pick ups and drop offs. Location- perfect in the old town, a short walk to the Teatro Maximo, restaurants around the hotel, car rental down the block (all rental companies have their offices about 4 blocks down the street). We traveled for 2 weeks touring Sicily and we loved our stay at Suite 136 very much, we returned at the end of the trip before flying back home to NYC. And the taxi will be less if you ask the property to organize it for you. Francesca and her team are absolutely amazing. Don’t hesitate to speak with the property before you arrive in Palermo. I recommend this property highly. I stayed in other hotels in Palermo and Suite 136 is the best. From the outside the building doesn’t look impressive but don’t let this discourage you.

Fantastic staff. Great communication via WhatsApp. Massively helpful with recommendations and where to visit/eat/drink. Location was perfect for viewing the city. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Very sweet touches made as it was our honeymoon. Great shower feels better than a 3 star. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Great place to stay in Palermo if you want to stay in the center. Apparently it was one of the last streets where you can still go by car. You get what you see on the pictures, so it's a very fair price to value. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with recommendations.

Lift to the 5th floor was a bonus with the luggage. The fact that there were a coffee shop downstairs if one did not include breakfast with your stay.

The noise from the neighbouring room in the middle of the night, not sure if it were pipes in the walls making the noise.

Our host was wonderful- warm and welcoming, very helpful with information. Our rooms were beautiful, airy, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It was a quiet lovely oasis in the middle of Palermo, with a balcony to view street life. I would happily spend a month there! Our host very kindly accommodated leaving our bags for a few hours as well. I LOVED the peaceful room and elegance and style of Suite 136. Highly recommended and the kind of magical loveliness and rest that was very welcome on our otherwise hectic trip. The owner hosts did a wonderful job in creating a memorably tranquil stay. Only stayed one night, wish we stayed longer. Clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony (enjoyed my espresso in the morning), table, and a sofa. Staff very helpful with good English, flexible to help with our arrival needs.
