The stay was fine. We arrived at night and had an early flight the next morning, so we didn’t spend much time there. The facilities aren’t as modern as other Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, but they were still okay. What really stood out was the excellent service. Since we were leaving early and breakfast was included, they prepared an express takeaway breakfast for us. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. I forgot something in the room, and when I called the hotel, they kindly kept it for me to pick up on my way back. So overall, everything went smoothly.

Convenient location, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, and included all the necessary amenities. Daily room service helped keep everything fresh and tidy. The breakfast deserves a special mention - it was truly outstanding! There were plenty of options for mains and an exceptional variety of delicious local desserts and pastries. The opportunity to make fresh orange juice was a nice bonus. :) Traveling with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter, we were all very happy with our experience here. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The only minor issue was that the shampoo was missing. I assume we could have used the shower gel, but since our daughter has sensitive skin, I decided to buy a small bottle for just 3 euros at a nearby pharmacy. So it wasn’t a big problem.

Good location, even great restaurants around.

A bit simple and worn out for a 4 star hotel, it could need a lifting. Not the most splendid IBIS Styles there is. The car park is some 150 m away in a narrow street, 24h available, except for Sundays: closed till 8pm. The staff there has to arrange and move the cars in the narrow garage and therefore keep the car key. For this purpose, you need tp inform them in advance which day you intend to use your car for day trips, if you know already.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. There is a bus stop nearby. You can take the bus or walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. The room is very spacious and clean. It was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily. At breakfast, there is a variety of food, but it’s the same options every day.

One small downside for me was the blanket. I don’t like it when there’s a separate sheet and then a blanket. It would have been better to have a proper duvet with a proper cover.

We loved everything at Breakfast and the all the Staff were really very kind and helpful. We told them we’re looking forward to hopefully coming back next year. Really great people!!!❤️❤️

We really can’t think of anything negative!! From the Reception Desk, that they were always very helpful and kind to staff all around the hotel, so we have nothing but praise. Then we must say that your Chef made the most delicious meals the times that we did eat my dinner in the hotel. He is absolutely a Top Notch Chef. and have told our friends what a great hotel and food there is!!!

We arrived early due to ferry coming in at 8am the receptionist was really nice and understanding. She let us check in early so that we didn't have to wait around. This was really good on her behalf and she deserves credit for it. I can't remember her name but she had red hair.

Breakfast set up is a bit of a shambles as it's positioned around columns and tables, you have to duck and dive to get to it. The staff serving breakfast were really good although the scrambled egg ran out and wasn't replaced during our meal.

The staff were extremely considerate and helpful. I checked in to find that my room hadn't been cleaned after the departure of the previous guest and spoke to the person at the desk to let him know I would need some fresh towels (they had been left in the bidet and sink). He was extremely apologetic--I felt guilty, as my comment had in no way been intended as a complaint--and sent someone up to the room immediately, kept apologising profusely, and offered me free dinner in the hotel restaurant (which I politely declined, out of guilt). This reflects the standard of service at this hotel, which was excellent.

The WiFi occasionally cuts out--not too often, but this happened a few times during my stay. Otherwise, the quality of the connection was excellent .

Great view, breakfast was continuously refilled, the personnel were happy to help with everything and the room was clean. It is located almost 20 minutes away on foot from major locations (such as the cathedral) and about the same from the Molo trapezoidale (which is a must visit). Overall, the distances are easily walked so don't worry about that.

The staff were great! The view from the window in the room was nice. The location of the hotel is good, everything is so close.

All the noise from the outside and neighbouring rooms, which becomes exhausting at night. The fridge wasn't working. The room was too small and tight especially at the desk. The pillows weren't comfortable to me personally, however as this is individual, it can be different for other guests.

The staff is friendly. The room is good and cosy. The bed is fine. The room was cleaned each day. The breakfast is fine but modest. There is not a lot of variety, but even in this case, you can choose what you wish. The hotel is near the center of Palermo.

The hotel is near the main street, so there is noise from cars in the morning, and you are not sleeping with an open window.
