The hosts, Davide and his parents, are friendly, helpful and hospitable. They make this property a 10/10. Everything you could imagine in hosts. The space is a large apartment that's been renovated into separate rooms with in-suite bathrooms. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are VERY CLEAN. Spotless. Location is quiet, just off the main road, although incredibly convenient to access all the attractions, shopping and great restaurants. Breakfast is ordered the night before and Davide serves you once you join the breakfast room. We felt like we were staying with family.

Nothing. Everything is exceptional and if there's something you need, Davide is happy to oblige to make your stay memorable.

Davide was great host. We had superb breakfast. Room was very spacious and beds super comfortable. Great isolation of windows, no noise from outside. We had coffee machine in the room with capsulas.

David was the perfect host. Thank you for our wonderful stay. He was very accommodating in storing our luggage and giving us great tips during our stay. He always had a friendly smile and welcome for us. 5 star service. The hotel itself is in an excellent location with public transport only a 3 minute walk away(101 bus). Everything is very close by. You're close to a lot of attractions in the historical centre and can walk to most places in 15-30 mins. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Here you have the best of both worlds, close to all the sights but a nice quiet oasis at night. It also has an elevator so you can save your tired legs at the end of a long day of sight seeing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to next time we're in Palermo.

The most pleasant surprise I've ever had from a hotel! This is a small accommodation with few rooms and the best service you could ask for from literally every point of view. Davide, the owner, is one of the nicest, most available, and helpful people I've ever met! Trust his advice, he really knows the best places to eat! Every evening he asks you to order your breakfast for the day after, and every morning he delivers you the freshest, tastiest breakfast you can ask for. The Sicilian pastries are to die for! The room was cozy, perfect temperature, with a very comfortable bed, and perfectly clean. The location is very central, and it is excellent for reaching all the best corners of Palermo. The hotel has a convention with a car parking, which is great because the area has small, busy streets that would make parking a nightmare otherwise. I can recommend it wholeheartedly, 10/10, and if I'm ever back in Palermo, I already know where to stay!

I have literally nothing to complain about.

Location of the property is very central and in safe area. Property was very clean and looked after with comfy bed, coffee machine and water . Host is very nice and available all the time which is not often case in Italy. Breakfast was nice and adequate. You can park on the street in the square any time where there is 'P' sign with blue, which was good for us as we had car for 4 days and parking can get expensive.

We booked standard room, which said courtyard facing, basically it was facing where all the pipes and air conditioning unit and also water tank. There was noise in our room from morning 7:00 as there was some work going on until quite late so we could not relax. We booked standard room as that was only one available. Host offerred to change the room for our last day stay which was helpful and we got studio on other side which was bit old style but still better than other room considering the noise. Everything was perfect in this place I wish we had got a better room, if you want to enjoy this place dont get standard room I would say as it did impact our stay.

Davide was an amazing host. He has done a lot of work/research to put together a self-guided walking tour for his guests and acquaints them with the area before they go out so that they make the best of their visit to Palermo. He gives great suggestions on sights and restaurants. The hotel is centrally located to see all the sights. The room is clean and attractive with needed amenities. There are fresh baked goods from a local bakery for breakfast. Davide is also very attentive to his guests' needs during their stay.

They currently have a small elevator, but they are expanding and will have a larger elevator as well as expanded accommodations! I'm sure it will be even better!

A friend had recommended the Quattro Stagioni Rooms & Suites when staying in Palermo. Super accommodation, clean & spacious in a central location, only a 5-10 minute walk from the airport shuttle bus. Great pre arrival communication from Davide, and throughout our stay he couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely freshly prepared breakfasts each morning, including gluten free options. Plenty of choice nearby in good neighbourhood restaurants.

The place is very well maintained, it has all the facilities needed and it's spotlessly clean! Plus, Davide is a great guy that will do everything in his hands to make your stay in Palermo the best possible experience. He truly cares about the customers' experience, not only within the walls of his place. Breakfast quality and quantity is of another planet! You won't regret staying here. Well definitely go back!

The ONLY (yes, only one!!!) "bad" comment I have is about the internal acoustic insulation between the rooms. Subtle noises can be heard from one room to another, but as long as the customers are civilized people, this should not be an issue.

The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean. Fantastic decoration and great location. Right in the center of Palermo. Davide welcomed us very warmly and gave information about restaurants and monuments in Palermo that were interesting to visit. He arranged a special price for parking our car with valet service as it is very difficult to park in Palermo. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh with salty and sweet options, very big and very good service. Thank you very much, Davide! Definitely, we will come back!

Only the sofa bed for our son was not comfortable and very tiny.

The communication from Davide was excellent. The self check-in was efficient and easy. The room was lovely and very clean. Location excellent within easy walking distance of the historical center and close to many nice restaurants, bars etc. We followed the itinerary kindly provided in the room and it was easy to follow, comprehensive and covered all of the main sites. Thank you!! We had dinner at one of the hotel's recommended restaurants which was delicious. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choices and served either in your room ( a very nice touch) or in the dining area. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Overall, it could not have been a better first visit to Palermo!
