The hosts, Davide and his parents, are friendly, helpful and hospitable. They make this property a 10/10. Everything you could imagine in hosts. The space is a large apartment that's been renovated into separate rooms with in-suite bathrooms. Beds are very comfy. Rooms are VERY CLEAN. Spotless. Location is quiet, just off the main road, although incredibly convenient to access all the attractions, shopping and great restaurants. Breakfast is ordered the night before and Davide serves you once you join the breakfast room. We felt like we were staying with family.

Nothing. Everything is exceptional and if there's something you need, Davide is happy to oblige to make your stay memorable.

David was the perfect host. Thank you for our wonderful stay. He was very accommodating in storing our luggage and giving us great tips during our stay. He always had a friendly smile and welcome for us. 5 star service. The hotel itself is in an excellent location with public transport only a 3 minute walk away(101 bus). Everything is very close by. You're close to a lot of attractions in the historical centre and can walk to most places in 15-30 mins. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Here you have the best of both worlds, close to all the sights but a nice quiet oasis at night. It also has an elevator so you can save your tired legs at the end of a long day of sight seeing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to next time we're in Palermo.

The most pleasant surprise I've ever had from a hotel! This is a small accommodation with few rooms and the best service you could ask for from literally every point of view. Davide, the owner, is one of the nicest, most available, and helpful people I've ever met! Trust his advice, he really knows the best places to eat! Every evening he asks you to order your breakfast for the day after, and every morning he delivers you the freshest, tastiest breakfast you can ask for. The Sicilian pastries are to die for! The room was cozy, perfect temperature, with a very comfortable bed, and perfectly clean. The location is very central, and it is excellent for reaching all the best corners of Palermo. The hotel has a convention with a car parking, which is great because the area has small, busy streets that would make parking a nightmare otherwise. I can recommend it wholeheartedly, 10/10, and if I'm ever back in Palermo, I already know where to stay!

I have literally nothing to complain about.

The place is very well maintained, it has all the facilities needed and it's spotlessly clean! Plus, Davide is a great guy that will do everything in his hands to make your stay in Palermo the best possible experience. He truly cares about the customers' experience, not only within the walls of his place. Breakfast quality and quantity is of another planet! You won't regret staying here. Well definitely go back!

The ONLY (yes, only one!!!) "bad" comment I have is about the internal acoustic insulation between the rooms. Subtle noises can be heard from one room to another, but as long as the customers are civilized people, this should not be an issue.

The room was big enough for 3 people and very clean. Fantastic decoration and great location. Right in the center of Palermo. Davide welcomed us very warmly and gave information about restaurants and monuments in Palermo that were interesting to visit. He arranged a special price for parking our car with valet service as it is very difficult to park in Palermo. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh with salty and sweet options, very big and very good service. Thank you very much, Davide! Definitely, we will come back!

Only the sofa bed for our son was not comfortable and very tiny.

Our host, Davide, was of the utmost kindness and generosity. He made himself available for anything we needed, to include providing taxi service, general city information, and a lucullan breakfast, a true feast (pretty much anything you wanted). The bed was comfortable, and we had a spacious room with an 1800s frescoed ceiling. A cultural experience! We absolutely recommend this hotel, and we will come back. Palermo is a must-see with its cultural treasures.

We liked everything, and we would have also loved that the hotel had a communal area to sit and relax (apart from the breakfast room). That would be an amazing addition that I bet Davide is already thinking about creating.

The communication from Davide was excellent. The self check-in was efficient and easy. The room was lovely and very clean. Location excellent within easy walking distance of the historical center and close to many nice restaurants, bars etc. We followed the itinerary kindly provided in the room and it was easy to follow, comprehensive and covered all of the main sites. Thank you!! We had dinner at one of the hotel's recommended restaurants which was delicious. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choices and served either in your room ( a very nice touch) or in the dining area. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Overall, it could not have been a better first visit to Palermo!

Situated in the very center of Palermo, it has ease of access to all of the places you might want to see as a visitor, while also being great value for the money. The host was absolutely incredible (thank you for the breakfast Davide!) and spoke both English and Italian - we felt absolutely at home and the location had facilities and extras that I would only expect in 4 and even 5 star hotels. An incredible spot and I highly highly recommend it!

This property was in a perfect location for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants,etc. Just out of the centre, it was quiet and the soundproofing was brilliant, although there seems to be a lot of rubbish in the streets. Davide was a fabulous host - great communication, organised our airport pickup and helped with our travel itinerary. Room was spacious & comfortable & had a bonus lift for moving luggage to the first floor. Loved the ceiling - a piece of art!! Would highly recommend.

Was disappointed with the state of the streets & footpaths in Palermo - very dirty, they really should have a recycling program in place as there are bottles, plastic containers, paper strewn everywhere - of course, this is just a comment regarding Palermo in general. Would still recommend.

Incredibly helpful host. We arrived early by prior arrangement at 2pm but Davide’s father came down to meet us and arranged for our car to be taken to car park. You need to pre book with Davide and it’s €25 but well worth it for peace of mind! It was brought back promptly at agreed time the next morning. Room was large and modern with everything you could need and lovely bathroom. Breakfast very good and a lot of choice. Good coffee! We were given a map of Palermo, a suggested walking route and suggested restaurants - all of which we used and restaurant was great (Buata cucina pupolana). Historical part of city only 10-15 mins walk. Very quiet if you keep windows closed and use air con!
