Room was really big and clean, there is also balcony which is really nice. Service is great and helpful with reception desk. Breakfast was really amazing, all Sicilian specialties. Breakfast is not self service, they serve you breakfast and explain it to you and you get really big choice of sweets, pastries, hot drinks, juices, fruits, local almond milk and even different choice every day (atleast for us, we were there 2 days). Location is great, 10 min walk from the strict center and surrounded with shops, restaurants and caffes. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. 😊👌🏼

The property is well located and has an established organisation. We had very pleasant communication online and on-site. The room was comfortable and quite well equipped.

The shower didn’t work well, and the bathroom only had a rain shower, not a regular one, which is not very convenient for an easy shower. The cleanliness might be better. For instance, towels and sheets had some stains, and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

The room was very well decorated with a theme (in my case, Alice in Wonderland) and they have done justice to it. With pillows, furniture, and walls, all with the theme. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. Very much in the center and not noisy, which makes it easier. Bed was comfortable.

The room did not have the view. Also, I felt checkin was quite cold, though checkout was good.

The hotel has a good location for exploring the city on foot and it has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms have a cool quirky design. The staff was excellent giving lots of good advice and tips.

The ventilation system was super noisy (the hotel provides earplugs though) and I suppose our room happened to be near the vent of some restaurant because every evening there was a strong frying smell.

Very cosy and interesting accommodation, good location in a walking distance from everything, easy to find. Rooms were clean and had pretty much everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

It would have been helpful to have some sort of clothes dryer hanger to dry our towels as we went to the beach, but it wasn't too much of an issue as it wasn't needed every day.

The place was perfect for me.. it’s location is good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I love the local Art work. The rooms are each unique and big. It like being in a small studio but no kitchen. I had the Alice Room.. loved it. I have enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was lovely and also typical Sicily style. Which was nice for a change than eggs and bacon. This place is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. If I come back would definitely Rebook.

Maybe some ice cubes in the fridge would be good & glasses in the room but nothing else. Everything was good .

The room was great, with a fridge, a comfortable bed and a cute balcony. The staff were so helpful, especially when my luggage was lost by the airline. They helped find numbers & offered advice. The location is great - there are several nice bars and restaurants nearby, but its quiet at night & very safe to walk back to.

There really is nothing major to criticise - they are doing a great job! I would have liked more tea & coffee sachets, and these weren't replenished during my stay - but I had brought some of my own, so that was a problem.

The location is excellent-walking distance to the old town, main street, markets, train station. Despite being very centrally located, the noise is minimal. There is a tiny grocery shop just around the corner. Many bars, cafes and restaurants around.

The bathroom could be a little bit upgraded, but apart from that, everything was great!

The property was in a central location and that was so convenient for us. Close to our hotel where we stayed after. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped us with any requests. They served us a light breakfast on arrival and that wasn’t in the package. I asked for extra bed sheets and they brought it right away late in the evening. If you like art you will find interesting art work on the property.

Extraordinary hotel in the heart of Palermo. We really liked everything there - from stepping through the front door on, we felt Italy. The breakfast with the explanation was awesome and very unique. The rooms are spacious, clean and fancy. The art is excellent and everyone is super friendly.

There is nothing to complain about.
