Typical Palermo neighbourhood to feel the city vibe if you know what I mean=) Quite close to city centre. For us it wasn't a problem to walk. Many decent ristorantes around with high rating on Google maps and MD's in the train station for those who is ashamed to order cappuccino at 8 pm aloud. Five minutes walk to the train station (railroad is the part of city public transportation with metro like underground stations), bus station and tram terminus. Nice clean spacious room with wide beds and all appropriate new furniture including fridge. Clean bathroom with good sanitation facilties. Cool flush system. We're amazed=) No problems with water pressure and water temperature. Clean big towels. Adequate breakfast. Juice, plenty of Italian coffee, fruits, sandwiches, ham, cheese and a big pistachio croissant. Very friendly and helpful owners. Smooth check-in and check-out. We really felt we were guests not just customers.

The property was close to Palermo central station. The spacious room had two king single beds which were comfortable. They could invest in new pillows though. The room itself was clean and had an ensuite which is larger than most in Italy. Continental buffet breakfast was served each morning between 9-10am (late for some but ok for us). Real coffee was provided 😊 The hosts were nice people.

Being near the station it was a bit noisey and it’s quite a grotty area.

clean rooms, your own bathroom, nice staff, had breakfast but only very sweet things but if you like that i would recommend eating there. close to city center, station and stores.

the neighbourhood was dirty and there was a lot of trash just lying around but many parts of palermo were like that so we didnt really mind it in the end and its also not the bnbs fault. felt a little unsafe to walk the streets around the bnb at night and i wouldnt do it travelling alone but as two people it was no problem.

This place was soooo comfortable! The AC worked nicely and it was a ten minute walk from the train station (which is nice when you have a 6am flight…) I wish I could have enjoyed breakfast but I had to leave early. The hosts were so helpful with my late arrival but won’t check you in after midnight (thankfully I made it before that). I didn’t sleep a lot because of my flight the next day but I slept well for the couple of hours I did.

The staff is really kind. Rooms are in the building on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Room is beautiful and beds are very comfortable. Room has AC. Free WiFi. The apartment is 10-15min walk away from the city centre and 6 min walk away from the train/bus station. Next to the room there is kitchen/dining room where (good) breakfast is served. If you are staying 1-2 nights I would recommend it.

Very nice helpful staff. We had to leave early and the kind lady knocked on our door with breakfast 75 minutes earlier than usual. She had dashed to us before dropping her children to school.

We were a bit cold. An extra blanket would have been useful. In the bathroom a couple of hooks to hold clothes and towels on would be very useful. Also, a soap dish in the shower would be great.

Very spacious room, bathroom, and balcony. Quick check-in. Wonderfully quiet location. Typical Italian breakfast:) The owners were very kind and friendly.

The breakfast was pretty good, providing sweet as well as salty food. Especially the croissants. The room was nice, newly furnitured and the bathroom was ok.

The owner - Francesco is very nice. He really stepped up to ensure us the best possible stay - he sorted out the parking in the garage and made us feel welcome. The wifi was great. Great location for exploring Palermo.

They really took a great care for us. Breakfast was good and Myriam and Francesco made sure we have everything we need. The room was good. Both of them were really kind. Unfortunately the surroundings are noisy especially neighbors next door (loud tv). Hardest review ever.
