The room is so spacious and cozy, and the bathroom is enormous! Every little detail (the towel pack, the decoration, the sweets in the room) is thoughtful and clearly a labour of love. Antonella, the host, is super gentle and helpful. The pasticceria where we have the complimentary breakfast is also pretty good. Also, it's less than 10 minutes away from the train/bus station. A great treat for when you're traveling early.

The neighbouring streets may look a bit run down - from my hometown experience, I got a bit apprehensive at first -, but I felt safe the whole time. The streets around just look a bit dirty and that's all.

The location was really good, very close to the Central Station if you plan to do day trips to nearby towns or beaches. Also the city centre is pretty close 10-15 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the host was very polite and professional.

You can’t really cook since there’s a shared kitchen used mainly for coffee or preparing a quick meal like a sandwich.

What a perfect location! Only a few minutes from Palermo Centrale Train station. I felt perfectly safe to and from the station to this lodging while the sun was up. I didn’t go out at night, so not sure how safe it would be at night. Super clean room, fast WiFi, close to tram, the bus stops and bus terminals, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast coupons are available at the nearby cafe that’s open long hours with good food.

Nothing was wrong with this lodging, but the neighbor was playing loud music one night. A key to the main entrance was a bit tricky to me at fast.

Right beside the station, perfect for a traveller like me. Clean, modern and comfortable; can't ask for more. I was just passing through Palermo and it was very good place to rest up. Fortunately, I am very familiar with Palermo, so had no problem finding something to eat, Pizza of course, after 22:30. For those less familiar with Palermo, some directions in the room for finding food would be handy.

It was self check-in, which wasn't great having been travelling non stop for over 24 hours. Took a little to find my way in, in the dark. An amusing piece in the house rules I was sent. The kitchen could be used freely, but no cooking or eating there. È una cucina. Se non posso cucinare o mangiare, cosa posso fare liberamente in cucina?

Beautiful property on the first floor, very close to the train station, ideally situated for walking into Palermo or getting about to other parts of Sicily from the station. Wonderful, comfortable and spacious bedroom, extremely comfortable bed, small balcony with flowers (shame about the view - the building across the road), plenty of space for belongings, small fridge in the room and a safe provided. The bathroom was beautiful, the best on our trip throughout Italy. Also a small kitchen area provided for all guest to share, with a coffee machine, flavoured teas, microwave and a cake when we arrived. Easy self check-in with excellent communication from the hosts throughout.

Nothing about the property that we didn't like but a suggestion: a shelf in the shower would be handy for the shampoo, shower gel etc, as it's awkward having these on the floor.

Easy self-check in. The owner was very responsive and helpful via chat. Location cannot be better as it's only a few min from the station. Although the area is not very safe and clean, the room was very clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitcken where you can make your coffee. Strong WiFi

bed is small and not very comfortable. Since there is no reception and you do self check-in/out, it's not possible to store luggage before check-in or after check out (but this wasn't a big issue for me since Palermo has many places that offer luggage storage).

Everything! Handy location for station, friendly staff allowing me to drop bags as I arrived early, modern furnishings, great little kitchen area, cookies! I had a single room which was well designed and very practical, with well equipped bathroom.

Bit of (praise hallelujah) noise one evening from nearly church but they wrapped up their worship before it was too late

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The location is excellent, right next to both the train and bus stations, and within walking distance of major attractions. The nights were quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest. The room was clean, well-designed, and every small detail seemed thoughtfully considered. Communication with the owner was excellent as well.

Poor shower pressure and noisy neighbours, they finished drilling at midnight and started at seven. You cannot properly sleep.
