The flat and cleanliness are great. As well as helpful hosts. It is an unusual hotel with old style (vintage) design.

I didn’t like the area itself. If you are staying close to the central station, bear in mind that u may feel unsafe while walking in the street. For solo travellers the area is a bit scary, but the flat is great. And the place does not have a kitchen facilities for guests.

The Hotel is on the 5th floor in a building with other companies. Then they have 2 more floors for rooms. I had a room on 1st floor (6th when in the area) so was away from the every day noise at reception which was great. Nice views also - both pics are from room - 2x different sides

It was ideal for a short stay but for a longer stay I found having the leave the key and ring the bell to reenter tiresome and felt a bit restrictive. But for a one-night stay the property was perfect.

Mom and I stayed for only one night, but we were able to check-in late, and that was really important to us. The room, the bathroom, everything was really clean and the lady that runs the accommodation really thought of everything, from enough clean towels, to shower caps and extensions for chargers, usb cable, etc. The location was also ideal for us, close to the central train station, and well connected to the central part of Palermo at the same time. We loved the building the apartments are located in, the old elevator is just beautiful, we enjoyed riding it.

Very comfortable bed in a big room. Friendly staff. It’s on the 5th floor and one evening someone had left the door elevator door open on the 3rd floor, which meant having to walk up and get it. The area is a little sketchy. It’s very close to the train station, which is good. The hot water lasted a short time. It was fine for a basic shower, but no lingering! Breakfast was €5 and delivered to the room. That felt very swanky!

Very clean and comfortable room in the city centre! 3 minutes walk from Central Station and walking distance to all the attractions! Highly recommended!!!

Easy to find. Traditional old italian building, with old cage style lift to get you up to the 5th floor. Really nice sized room, high ceilings and traditional tiles. Clean. Complete black out windows (helps me sleep). Useful furniture. Staff were friendly (but didn't speak much english). Good location next to the train station, a short walk to the Via Maqueda (main street with all the restaurants and shops and tourist stuff) as well as the Ballaro market.

The room was a little noisy, you could hear the door and buzzer everytime someone came in. The shower was a little cramped. I also found the mattress a bit soft - but you cant please everyone on this.

Good location, clean rooms with very friendly staff. We had two rooms ( one double and a triple room for our teenage boys). Comfortable beds, with good air-con. We didn’t have a kettle in the room, when we asked for one the staff provided us with this and with cups, which was appreciated. They also cleaned the room and made the beds each day for us.

Unfortunately the hotel is on the 5th floor and you have to ring the bell to be let in. Not too much of an issue as there is a lift and the staff live on site ( I think it’s family run) so someone was available at all times to let us in ( no restrictions on times when we wanted to return which is a positive!)

Excellent location two minutes from train & bus stations. Breakfast delivered to room is plentiful and scrumptious. Building doesn't look great from outside but room is spacious and spotless inside. Old type lift adds a bit of character to the premises, would certainly recommend staying here. For access press small button beside name and wait on door to click.

I thought the hotel had character, a little quirky. It was from another era but also had modern facilities. It reminded me of some Italian albergos I stayed in 40 years ago. The lady in charge was very kind and pleasant. I loved the view from my window. The location was excellent for the trains and buses. Close to many sites.

There was nothing that I did not like. I would stay there again.
