Really great location, close to the city center and the station, supermarket. Really nice and welcoming staff. The room had all the necessary things, but the floors could have been a bit cleaner. The breakfast was okay.

As everybody wrote in the previous comments - quite busy and loud street and you can hear everything.

In the morning the house became quite noisy very early so it’s not the best place if you like to sleep long. For the rest it’s really great place for good price

Very good location. The room was clean. We could also leave our luggage at the reception after check-out. Good value for money.

Very good location, in the center, 10 minutes walking from railway and bus station, Lidl supermarket just across the street from the hotel. Very clean room, every day cleaning. Nice view. It was convenient to get to the Mondello beach by busses. Also my mother fainted and the staff was very helpful and called an ambulance. I am very grateful to them. I wanted to leave them a tip for the great room, but we were in a panic and with the doctors, I completely forgot about the tip.

Breakfasts could have been more varied, but overall they were good, mostly pastries.

I love the building both outside and inside. The architecture was interesting with high ceilings, mouldings, etc. the breakfast was simple with several choices for breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, and yogurt. There was plenty to enjoy in the well lit room with AC. Salvo and Bettina at the front desk were helpful and informative. The hotel answered questions to help with my arrival and after I departed. The room was small, yet big enough, with windows that opened and AC if you liked. I was only there one night and was happy to go across the street to Lidl grocery store for snacks for dinner. The cleaner (H) was thorough and helped with questions at the desk, too.

There was a heat wave during my stay and the AC had a hard time cooling the bedroom well. The lobby and breakfast areas were cooler and more comfortable.

Nice room with plenty of space and very high ceilings, which added a great touch. Although the view faced a courtyard and wasn’t the most scenic, it actually worked out well as it kept us away from the noise of the busy street. A big plus was the late check-in option, as we arrived around 1 a.m. and had no issues settling in.

The only small issue was a slight odor in the bathroom, but everything was clean. Breakfast was great, though it was the same selection every day.

We had a wonderful stay in Palermo. The Hotel is located in the core center, very close to some of the main city landmarks. Very close to the city markets of Vucciria and Ballarò as well. Lastly, very close to the train station: this allowed us to reach different destinations, like Cefalù, and the airport very easily. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. Good breakfast.

Nothing. We enjoyed very much our stay. Relaxing and practical. The location is simply perfect, everything is at walking distance. I would come back and I would recommend it. We liked the breakfast and the facilities.

This cosy hotel in Palermo is conveniently located near the main train station. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, this hotel is a great option for travelers looking for convenience and comfort in Palermo. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel is located close to the central train station and bust station abd just at the edge of the central pedestrian zone which makes it very convenient. Also, just across the street you have supermarket and several bus lines pass that way. Also, all around are bars and restaurants working late in the night and you will easily find something for you. My room was turned to the West, so I could enjoy beautiful sunset over the roofs of Palermo. Breakfast was not particularly diverse, but you will find something for you, from sweets to savory things, cereals, cheese... On Sunday they offered cakes that were delicious. Staff is young and very kind and helpful. This is not typical hotel, but rather B&B that occupies 4th floor of an old building. It cosy and comfortable and you will not miss anything.

Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Housekeeping did excellent job of cleaning and servicing the room.

The neighborhood was depressed. Many young ragged and dirty beggars accosted me some standing near the door. The room was spartan but it had everything that I needed and the shower and bathroom were very clean and serviceable. The room is a good value. The location is unattractive but it is very close to the historic center, markets and a short walk to the major attractions of Palermo.
