Our room was great, with high ceilings and a chandelier (everything is just as in the pictures) and the bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The location is perfect (Via Roma) and it wasn't noisy. The A/C worked great as well. The only downside is that the bathroom is separate from the room but it's a typical Italian thing that we got used to. The bathroom was really clean with a huge shower, bathtub, two sinks and even equipped with some products to use - sunscreen, aftershave, toothpaste, etc. The owner is super sweet, she was very helpful and kind and even offered us parasol to bring to the beach! Would recommend this place for sure. Thanks :)

Perfect place for several day sightseeing tour. So close to Palermo Centrale and centro storico ! The owner makes this place - thank you so much for splendid breakfasts, cosy atmosphere and understanding ! The room was very comfortable and clean, the dining room and bathroom too. Big advantage - you can communicate in perfect English ! And last, but not least - The Cat - so cute inhabitant of this place :) B&b hotel assolutamente unico !!!!!

Everything was perfect

The B&B is pretty central but also near the train station. Still it's quite quiet at night. The interior is nice, especially the (shared) bathroom. The host is great and if we didn't have to leave sicily the next day after just one night we certainly would have stayed longer.

The host is super nice, friendly and accommodating. For example, we could check-in earlier and leave our luggage in the apartment. The apartment itself has a very nice vibe and lovely interior. The bathroom is renovated and very clean. The host would reply quickly to our messages and we felt very well taken care of.

The room is next to a busy street, meaning it was loud at night even on Sunday morning. However, the host already provided guests with earplugs (as I suppose nothing else could be done about the loudness).

The bathroom was in the hallway near our room and shared with one other person. Although we never had any problem with that, it would have been a little more convenient and relaxed to have it in the room.

Wonderful position and host. Alessandra was very welcoming and helpful, it was a sanctuary to come back to after a big day is sightseeing. We were a little concerned about the shared bathroom but it was no problem. It was like staying in a large family home 🌻

the room doesn’t have their own bathroom but the room is nice and clean. the location is excellent. you can reach the bus and train station by walking also it is very near on the center. The host is very kind and approachable. plus they have a cute cat 😄

Alessandra is the perfect host. Everything was done to make us as comfortable as possible. The location is great for walking around and only 5 minutes from the train and bus station.

The place was very clean and authentic😍 It was spacious, in the city center, close to many sights. Alessandra is a very nice host, she helped us with everything we needed and gave us recommendations about Palermo. The breakfast included everything needed. Matisse (the cat) is absolutely adorable 🥰We’re gonna miss him💔
