The host was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful! He communicated over Whatsapp to make sure I had information about Palermo, and the accommodations. I arrived in the morning and luckily my room was ready - it was a huge room, with balcony to the main road. I loved the 'antiqueness' of the whole place. There are 2 floors and I was on the higher level floor and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was a common kettle to use and fridge in my room. Only 7 minute walk from Train Station Centrale. On check-out day, he allowed me to keep my things there and when I came back, I could use the washroom to change before going to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was very kind and welcoming. Also arranged a 60-euro taxi ride to the airport at night. Contrary to the info on Booking.com, there is no 24-hour reception, so you should arrange your arrival time in advance. Overall, a basic comfy stay. The area is central and close to the train station. It can feel a bit rougher than the Quantro Canti area, but it is ok and close to all the main sights. The windows block out the sound from the main street, but it gets a bit loud if you keep the windows open. As any place on main road, it might not be for you if you're very noise sensitive.

It was very clean and Angelo is a fantastic, friendly, helpful host. The style is incredibly eclectic and the balcony was just big enough to sit and watch the world go by. Perfect location for wandering around the old city

The smell of air freshener/washing powder. The walls/doors between the rooms mean you can hear your neighbours very clearly. There is now no breakfast offered but a tea/coffee area would have been nice - althouigh Angelo did give us a kettle to use :-)

We loved everything about our accommodation! But the host, Angelo, was the most amazing, caring and friendly person. The location was so convenient and both room and bathroom were sparkling clean. My friend got sick on our last night and Angela was so helpful, he let us to check out later so that my friend can rest a bit more. Thanks so much, Angelo for your hospitality.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The owner is very helpful and responsive. Super friendly. The rooms have a working ac and tv. Despite being very central, the windows do not let the noise inside. Bathroom, while being in a separate room, is private, clean, well equipped.

The doors between the room and the corridor are thin and let out and in a lot of noise (there are earplugs provided).

An excellent place to explore Palermo out of. The location is incredible, a short walk to the central station and to the main points of interest. The place is a former upper class apartment with beautiful high ceilings and tiled floors. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind and recommended what to see and where to eat. We had a little hiccup (we forgot to pay the tourist tax before leaving) and they were very understanding and communicative. The place is located on a large busy street (via Roma), which in the evenings is full of other tourists - I'm a light sleeper and the level noise with the windows closed didn't bother me at all, but something to consider if e.g. you like to keep windows open at night. Overall, a great experience. Thank you again for a nice stay!

Super charming b&b. The location is amazing, it’s close to all the bar and restaurants but you’re not directly in all the noise which is perfect. The staff is super nice and welcoming you feel at home.

Nothing it was perfect. But if you have a car, I would maybe recommend to book a parking spot before your stay.

Walls between rooms kind of thin, so if neighbours are noisy you can ask them be more quiet. Not so much noise from the street if windows closed, quite ok to sleep. A bit hard to find as there are no signs, so ask the way to go in beforehand

It’s a cute little place with local flair which we enjoyed! Our room was huge with an A/C that worked well and the bathroom was nice!

Our room was close to the street and sadly it was pretty noisy. However, I did read this in the reviews so I was aware, and the owner gives you earplugs which was very kind!

We really enjoyed our stay. One one side the place had an beautyful vintage stile, but combined with a very modern bathroom. Everything was clean. Communication was good.

Just outside is a big road. One night, it was a bit loud, even with closed windows. But that's the only complain.
