Rooftop terrace view is beautiful and the hotel is a short walk to the historic center. The room was clean and spacious for an inner city hotel. Staff at the front desk were very friendly.

The rooms were chilly and the desk staff said the heat would only go on late in the day. The shower drain was not working properly and I had to turn the shower off and on during my shower to stop the water from overflowing onto the floor from the shower pan. We were on the first floor and the street noise was loud at night. Unfortunately the view out the room window was of a destitute man sleeping on his blankets every night. 🥲. Finally, most hotels have an extra privacy lock on the inside of the door but this hotel did not have this added security feature.

It's nice to stay in a hotel once in a while (as opposed to self-service places). The view from the terrace was the best ever (better than some rooftop bars in the city). The bed was extremely comfortable (we've had mostly too soft or too hard over our 2 week trip). Location was excellent. They were flexible in enabling us to have an earlier breakfast as we had to leave for the airport early. Very good security too!

In case it matters to you, our room didn't have a view but we didn't care as it meant it was quiet so if you need a view be sure to ask for it.

The room faced the main road on the 1st floor, but was double-glazed, so noise was not a problem.The room was big enough for two, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The bathroom was well appointed with a nice hot shower. A kettle and bottled water was provided with tea and coffee. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, which has great views across the city. We had a pleasant cocktail up there too.

Staff could have been a little friendlier and eager to please, and the breakfast was rather average.

The room size was adequate for two people. We would have enjoyed having a second suitcase rack. The bed was comfortable and the AC quiet and effective. The breakfast terrace has a lovely view over the city. The hotel felt safe.

The hotel elevator is very small and slow. We were on floor 5, and the breakfast was served on floor 7, so the elevator was a constant for us. The public WC was directly next to our room, and we could hear 'things'! Our limited view was onto a derelict building with broken windows.

The property is in a central location within walking distance from train and central Palermo. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the breakfast included in our stay. The view from the roof was great. The room was very clean. Overall a great place to stay in Palermo.

The lighting in the shower was quite dark so hard to see, although this is only a minor complaint, otherwise everything else was great.

The breakfast on the rooftop with the splendid view of Palermo. Altought we had a small room , on the backside , the bathroom was big and very confortable ! Excellent location to the old citycenter and the fancy restaurants behind the hotel . Friendly .

The noise of the water running outside , when somebody flush the toilet in the hotel . But we can understand ,because it’s an old building .

Hotel is an excellent location. The terrace where breakfast is served has an amazing view of the city! Additionally, this was my first solo travel and I felt very secure and welcome thanks to all the friendly staff :)

Saturday night was a bit noisy, but I don’t think this is the hotel’ fault. This was due to other visitors who where quite noisy when walking through the corridors :(

Location was perfect for Palermo sightseeing. Just a short distance from the train station. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. The only reason it didn’t get a 10 from me is because the elevator was being replaced and the roof terrace was being re-tiled, so seven flights of stairs to breakfast and no access to the best view in Palermo. The elevator was finished the day we left, so no worries for your party, but this review is for MY stay. I highly recommend and will return.

Construction work happening. Not their fault, but it impacted my visit.

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and a superb restaurant on the top floor for dinner. Views fabulous across old town.

Only one small bottle of water provided with the room. The two other small bottles in the fridge were €2 each. Thankfully Lidl is a short walk away. The ‘hot’ breakfast food was lukewarm to cold at 8:30. Breakfast certainly wasn’t to the same standard as the restaurant in the same location the night before.

Location was excellent. Loved the rooftop terrace /bar where we had a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning.

Staff were most unfriendly on the roofterrace Rooms are old fashioned and in need of updating.
