Claudia is fantastic—very friendly and always available to help. She suggested we take a shared taxi from the airport, which turned out to be far more convenient and cost-effective. Her prompt responses to our inquiries ensured that all our needs were met. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Quattro Canti and a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station. It is located in an old building, similar to others on the street. While the room has a slightly vintage feel, it features a newly renovated bathroom. Despite the sweltering heat outside, the air conditioning kept us comfortable.

The entrance on the ground floor is a bit dim. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. To save energy, we need to press the button to illuminate the corridor after exiting the elevator in the dark. Towels are available for renewal.

Claudia and her family run a small but very lovely hotel right in the center of Palermo. The location is perfect, with shops, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away—and the Central train station is also nearby. The hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient. Claudia and her family were incredibly warm and made me feel completely at home. The rooms were great for the price, additionally, I even had a balcony. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable and would definitely stay here again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at *1*7*4* Via Roma in Palermo, and I can confidently say it deserves a full 10 stars! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the room. Every morning, the housekeeping ensured the room was spotless, allowing me to relax in a pristine environment throughout my stay. The hostess and her family were incredibly friendly and helpful, available 24/7 to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home and added a personal touch to my experience. The location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of Palermo's cultural center, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I could easily walk to all the major highlights, including historical sites, museums, and vibrant local markets, all within a short distance. Overall, this accommodation exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I can't wait to return!

I really liked the room here! My main concern when searching for a place to stay in Palermo was safety. I can say we felt extremely safe in this location as it was on a main street. The location in general was brilliant as well. We were so close to everything. Claudia was a wonderful and helpful host, she sent great recommendations to me and was very kind and attentive. The room was lovely and comfortable too. We had no problems sleeping. You can tell that the family that own and run here put a lot of care and love into these rooms and their guests

There was a slight issue sorting out separate beds for myself and my mother, but it was solved very quickly and with very little hassle

Everything about this place is really great. Would recommend very highly to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palermo. Location: Ideal place to stay close to train station and historic centre. On a convenient main road (and good sound insulation so noise not a problem). Facilities: Large size room, very high ceilings. Air con, bathroom, sofa, bed etc. all perfect. Staff: Claudia was very helpful and communicative via WhatsApp. Her parents were around in the mornings and were extremely friendly.

The location was perfect because it was a simple and quick walk from the train/bus station that came straight from the airport. Every morning our rooms got freshened up and re-stocked with toilet paper and coffee. I loved how the window facing the street was sealed tight and I couldn't hear the noise at all. Also the air conditioning was a huge plus, I definitely needed it for the hot and humid week I was there.

Super clean, excellent location, lovely staff who are very kind and welcoming, comfortable bed, safe neighborhood.

Would have liked to have a coffee machine in the room instead of the lobby, noise isolation could be a bit better for the street beneath is noisy, the air conditioning remote control did not function but we didn’t really need it so we didn’t ask about it, and the bathroom air vent and water pump are quite loud and need time to turn off after using the bathroom.

My son and I had a wonderful stay here. I ended up staying longer! I felt right at home. Check-in welcoming and easy. There is a lift which works well, we never need to wait. Felt safe and comfortable. The location is excellent, walking distance to many sights in the area. Only 10mins walk from Central station along via Roma. Also great bars and restaurants in the area, so many to choose from all close by, so very convenient all round. Super clean, plus nice and quiet when you shut the double windows for good nights sleep. Air conditioner worked well. Great Staff! Loved it here would definately stay again

Before we even arrived, the level of service was phenomenal - I had requested a midnight check-in time by error instead of noon, and Claudia immediately reached out to make sure we would be able to be accommodated. As soon as we arrived, she was waiting to greet us and offered great concierge advisement for anything we needed. We ended up having breakfast around the corner at her recommended spot, and they had the most diverse coffee selection and great homemade pastries. The hotel location was excellent, and building has historical charm that I’ve never experienced, but b&b is completely updated and pristine. I have already recommended this to local family and will absolutely com back on my next visit to Palermo.

Just an FYI, as we had no problems at all, but it is good to be aware that since the building is more historical, we were told at check-in that the plumping is sensitive and so we had to be vigilant of what we placed in the toilet. Something to remember if you are anywhere historical, and a little thought was well worth an awesome stay.

We had a great stay here! The place was super clean, really well located, and just felt comfortable overall. I got sick during the trip, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us a lot of support and truly cared. Such a lovely person. We’re really grateful and would definitely come back!
