We had such a wonderful stay at Ai Lattarini House! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Palermo. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the free coffee in the mornings and the well-equipped little kitchen, which had all the essentials. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Alessandro. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed, always kind, always attentive, and full of helpful tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to get around the city. His thoughtfulness and warmth made all the difference. My husband and I truly loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The only small challenge was that it was a bit tricky to find at first, a larger sign out front could be helpful for future guests. But once we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect.

The location was good, you could reach everything from 5-15 minutes. There's also a bus stop right in front of the B&B, if you don't want to walk. It was also near the street Via Vittorio Emanuele, which had a lot of restaurants and led to the harbour or other attractions. Alessandro was a really nice host, and even though he couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Italian, he tried his best and used google translate :) You could also reach Orsola via WhatsApp for questions. The accommodation is like an apartment with separate rooms, but we had our own private bathroom and there was a kitchen for everyone. The room was clean and we had a nice view from the balcony. The building also had video security so we felt really safe.

If you're a light sleeper you will hear the other guests entering the apartment/their rooms, but we didn't mind :)

We had a lovely stay for 10 days in Palermo. We were greeted by Alessandro and he made a detailed guide for the places we could go. My birthday came up, and he and Orsola left some flowers and chocolate in the room🥹Besides that the room is clean and the air conditioning was a great plus. The shared kitchen also contained some sweets and lots of coffee and tea options 🥰

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, language barrier was no issue with the help of Google Translate. They gave the best restaurant recommendations and ideas on what to see and do while in Palermo. The room itself was perfect, very clean and with beautiful views from the balcony. They provide coffee and snacks in the kitchen also which is a lovely touch. Easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train stations, and walking distance to all the main attractions. Could not ask for a better place to stay in Palermo!

Location! Very central to most sights; short walk (10- 15 minutes to Cathedral and port.) Comfortable. Quiet. View of city. Alessandro very welcoming and generously shared information about Palermo sights and eating places using Google Translate. Coffee maker.

Breakfast was disappointing. Croissants in plastic bags…(not fresh)

The hosts Alessandro and Osama were friendly and accommodating. Welcomed us with homemade orange juice on arrival and also let us store our luggage past check out. The lift in the building is a huge bonus. The room had AC. Very clean. Location is SUPERB. After exploring Palermo, realized this part of town felt extremely safe for two women to be out until late. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby.

location was perfect. Central to all places of interest- markets, restaurants, monuments. Most of all, our host Alessandro was so kind and helpful advising us of restaurants, excellent cafes for breakfast and local bus trips which were fabulous. Can't think of anything

I got in late because my flight was delayed, the host was super communicative the entire time I made my way there. They even waited up to check me in. He gave me good advice on where to go for dinner nearby. The location was super walkable to the historic downtown of Palermo, literally around the corner. The room had AC and was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice and clean room, cute little balcony and had good AC. Held our luggage before and after check-in/out free of charge was very nice. Sound proofed well.

We would’ve preferred a different location but hadn’t known since the area was extremely tourist focused. Other than that we didn’t have any issues that were the fault of the property.

Very central and a really clean room. Hosts are very kind on greeting me and there is a little kitchen with coffee, biscuits and water which is kind. Rooms are really clean with a nice shower, air on and tv.

There is some noise from the street at night but this is Palermo life and normal for the city centre. It didn’t disturb my sleep.
