Our stay at Cassaro261 in Palermo was delightful! Located right in the heart of the city, it was the perfect base for exploring all the main attractions, which were just a short walk away. Despite being in the city center, they offer a parking garage—a bit tight, but the staff kindly took care of parking the car for us, which was such a relief. The room was lovely, with cozy vibes that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything comfortable and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to help solve any problem or answer our questions. Their hospitality truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a charming, convenient place to stay in Palermo with outstanding service, this is it.

Arriving by car down the main old town street can be a little daunting however Allesandro was prompt to meet us and a clear communicator about how and where to park. This small hotel is incredible for its location - you literally wake in the centre of everything. Room had double glazing to block out sound exceptionally well.

Sicily doesn't do atmospheric lighting very well (mostly exposed bulbs). The room would have been much more ambient at night with some warmer lights (not really as shown in pic).

Little rough around the edges but works fine. No iron or water etc on arrival. Great hairdryer in room and mini fridge. Communication before and during stay could be improved. Very relaxed which is fine but if you are somebody who needs to know check in /checkout or talk about any room problems , this would be a struggle for you. Excellent location and staff lovely.

Great service! Alessandro and Francesca were very helpful throughout the stay. We booked incorrect room type which was totally our misstep but they did everything possible to fix it. Very nice location close to public communication routes and monuments, multiple stores and restaurants on the street. There is iron available by request, no laundry service or washing machine, but you can find 24/7 laundry service close to the property.

Steps away from Quatro Canti and countless beautiful and historical landmarks, various places to eat, few minutes walk from multiple bus stops, and more. The room is on the fourth floor, yet it is wheel chair accessible. There is a small elevator and lift on the entrance steps. There is surveillance 24/7. Host is accessible and quick to respond to our needs. The room is clean and comfortable. Great place for singles, couples or families.

Great location in the center of the historic area of Palermo. Walking distance to all the sites. Simple, clean and cosy rooms with everything you need for a couple nights. Breakfast was delicious with good fresh variety. The hosts were amazing and went out of their way to provide everything we needed and also recommendations for areas to visit and restaurants to dine at.

we loved the location in the heart of Palermo, walking distance to all the restaurants, shop and historical sites was the best .Also the fact we were picked up in our car nearby to then be driven to the accommodation which would have been too difficult to navigate on our own and then have parking for our vehicle was SO thoughtful and convenient.

Centrally located in the old centre. Perfect for getting your bearings around Quattro Canti being the central point. Huge space for a single traveller. It is really quiet despite the address. Staff were helpful with check in. 6 min walk to the bus shuttle at Via Roma (Vucciria). Always relieved tonne. Ale to get back here quickly and easily to escape the heat.

Stairs to the room and a bit of a maze (but it did mean it was a bit away from Vittorio Emmanuele)

I loved the breakfast and the rooms head to toe. The people were wonderful and even hand baked everything. It was wonderful and i would recommend it again to anyone who wants to travel to Palermo and enjoy it.

There wasn’t much not to like except the fact that it was a bit hard to find and hard to open as well since there was nobody inside to help us. Though we know you cannot control where and how people get there. We would’ve never found it without some help from some locals. But overall it was great.

Your are right in the centre of Palermo and therefore extra modes of transport are not necessary -- the building consists of apartments and flatrs so you are very safe and the lift to all floors ia appreciated -- breakfast is continantal style supplemented by nice cakes and local specialities

There is a good aircondition in the bedroom however the rest of the apartment can get quite hot whe the temperature is above 30 C outside
