The property is centrally located in the old town and gives easy access on foot to all the old town sights. The staff are friendly. The inner courtyard restaurant, which can be accessed by lift or a beautiful flight of old palazzo steps, is a charming space and serves a lovely breakfast. I had hoped to use the bar located in the inner courtyard but it never seemed to be open. The rooms are stylish and well equipped.

The fluorescent lighting in the foyer and corridors is not in keeping with the old palazzo charm of the property. The bar could be open during the afternoons to allow residents a short pit-stop when they wish to take a break in the day. The cost of the room was higher than usual for the hotel. It seems to be better priced at other times.

Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.

This didn't affect our holiday but it's worth noting that you have to book to use the spa facilities and they cost extra (even just to use the steam room/sauna and plunge pool).

The location was great. This was our second time here. The rooms are very nice. Great breakfast. Excellent spa. Friendly and helpful staff.

Would suggest a soap dispenser in the shower. There was a musty smell in the hallway on floor 1.

We stayed here for 3 nights, very good location, you can around on foot and the location is very good for public transport links also. We were received by Davide, who explained all the necessary amenties and the surrpunding location. The hotel is a gem with quirky decor and an open veranada in the middle. The way the hotel is laid out is very well thought out, you can be outside one minute in the hustle and bustle of Palermo and once inside the hotel its quiet as anything. Would definitely stay here again 😀

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to many of the best museums and attractions. The dining room was lovely. The food was very good. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. The young woman who worked the front desk was very helpful. There was a beautiful old tree growing in the central courtyard where the restaurant was.

The lifts(elevators) were a bit small and a bit slow. Two gentlemen that worked there could have been a bit more helpful.

It was right at the centre of Palermo. Good instructions from the hotel to inform about bringing the car in. Valet drop and pick up of the car was very good service. Good breakfast.

The blinds were faulty and the staff did attend to it. The room was bit small, however I don't know whether that's the norm for Palermo

Super location in the heart of Palermo, walkable to many sites including the farmers markets, wonderful neighborhoods and cathedrals. Very special building, kind staff.

Fantastic location about twenty metres from Quattro Canti (Piazza Vigliena) and a few minutes from the Cathedral and Chiesa di Santa Caterina. Very nice and stylish rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was excellent, save for the abscence of decent brown bread.

Hotel was very central for seeing all the sights Palermo had to offer and was easy walking everywhere.
