Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet in the room itself. Bathroom had good shower pressure and appreciated the counter space. The balcony was also nice just to sit out on and people watch a bit as it was a busy street. My friend also said the hair dryer was the best of any place we stayed while in Sicily. Valet parking was cheap at €15 and the valet met us just outside the neighborhood where the b&b was to drive as the roads are very tight, which my friends and I appreciated.

The street itself was very busy, didn't realize it was a main tourist road and the windows did a fairly good job of keeping it out but you could still hear noise at night. The hallway outside the B&B did smell like cigarette smoke but not sure there's much they could do to change that. The b&b itself didn't smell like smoke.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here with my friend! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The host went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering thoughtful tips about the area and always making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spotless, the location was perfect for exploring, and everything was beautifully maintained. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the heartfelt hospitality!

Great location in the heart of Palermo for exploring the city. Big plus point is underground parking if you are coming by car (extra fee of €15 per night, the staff helps you to park the car). Very nice and helpful staff. Elevator in the apartment building helping you to get your luggage up.

The room is rather small. We had to wait for a really long time every time to get the warm water in the bathroom. There is only solid fixed "rain shower", so no way to adjust the hight and take a shower without getting your hair wet. Be aware of the moskitos, it might be a bit of a problem there.

We have visited Pretoria Rooms in August 2025 and we loved the place. Stayed with my housband for 2 nights and visited Palermo. The location is great, central, clean, cozy, bed and pillows were comfortable. Francesca welcomed us with her big smile, friendly and was available all the time for any advice. We will back for sure!

Very practical room in a perfect location in Palermo. Everything is modern and the room and the bathroom were very clean.

The check in could have been a bit easier but maybe we were just unlucky in not finding the person during the check in time. The room was not as big as it looked like on the website, especially since we booked a deluxe one.

Central location was brilliant, staff were very attentive and welcoming. They responded promptly to unexpected circumstances (ants in the fridge) and provided an suitable alternative solution in a timely manner. We enjoy use of the balcony and room. Staff accommodated access requests on booking, provided a suitable room. Lifts were easy to access. Note the main lift is a little small, so is only suitable for a small wheelchair or 2 persons. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The air conditioning leaked. The room floor was very wet, staff dealt with this promptly.

Alessandro was amazing, he took care of us, gave us recommendations for food and visiting places. We rented a car and the hotel had secure underground parking. Alessandro was parking it for us everytime. Just a veery pleasant place !!

The sink was blocked so water was taking very long to go down the drain. the big top shower head wasn't working either.

👍🏽 The location of this property is perfect, right in the heart of Palermo and close to all the major tourist attractions. 👍🏽The bed in our room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It featured a double bed and a single bed, as well as amenities like a TV, Internet, and a fridge, which were handy. 👍🏽 The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were good. ❕It’s worth noting that there's a city tax that you'll need to pay in cash, so make sure you have some cash ready.

👎🏽 One slight inconvenience was that the bathroom was located across the room, and you had to go out into the hallway to access it. We were the only guests with a bathroom outside the bedroom, possibly because we booked the room last minute and it was the only one available. However, you might be able to request a room with an ensuite bathroom. 😐 The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. However, he was not available around the clock, so be sure to ask any questions when they’re present; otherwise, it can be a bit tricky to find assistance.

excellent location in the heart of the city.. very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who were in constant communication whenever we needed them. they gave us useful information about what we needed to do there.. we didn't face any kind of problem at all and they helped us to make our stay as easy as possible.. even they had a plan B when we got back home after the hotel parking was closed..

The location of the apartment is excellent, right next to the fountain, Quattro Canti, and Vucceria market. The terrace overlooked the main street, which was bustling with people all day🙂. Alex, who checked us out, is incredibly kind and very nice. As for breakfast, I can't rate it because we slept through it.

I was a bit bothered by the fact that we had to wait a bit longer for the hot water to start when showering.
