Overall, we liked the facility a lot. A surprisingly large room, tasteful but not overly fancy; strong emphasis on sustainability (such as soap dispensers with humorous reminders to use less water); extensive breakfast offered in the rooftop terrace, which has a spectacular view of the city center; and a cheerful, professional, and responsive front-desk staff.

Our room lacked drawers for storing clothes, so a second suitcase stand would have been extremely helpful. Also, while the hotel has signage reminding guests to maintain quiet in the corridors, the floors had a hard covering (this seems to be standard in Italy) and closing room door securely created a surprisingly loud noise.

Breakfast was excellent; lots of variety, especially the pastries. Having breakfast on their scenic rooftop terrace with amazing views of Palermo was a great way to start the day. Evening drinks and dinner up there too! The hotel is literally located in the heart of Palermo, a few steps from the historic Quattro Canti. If you want to be immersed in the colorful city life of Palermo, this is your place! So much is just steps away. Loved it!

If peace and quite is important to you, you might not be delighted here. Plenty of "entertainment" from the Quattro Canti a few steps away can be heard until about 1 am. Lively is an understatement! Not a problem for us!

The location was excellent and the reception staff were wonderful . We arrived by car which is tricky as the hotel is in a restricted pedestrian area . The first choice car park was full and the staff were incredibly helpful arranging for someone to come to pick up the car and park it for us The room was great , comfortable, spacious and attractive . We would definitely recommend the Quattro Canti

The roof top bar was lovely but packed so we had to sit inside and breakfast was very crowded as well . We went somewhere else for breakfast on our second day to avoid the rush but I am sure if there hadn't been such a big group wanting everything at the same time it would have been great .

Location is perfect, more centric is impossible. Big and new room, price ok. Parking doesn't belong to the structure, but there is a valet parking service from the main avenue (via Roma), recommended since roads and indication are very complex. Also, I had to exit with my car before opening time and the parking staff prepared everything so I could exit autonomously.

Our room was one of the three in a mezzanine floor, in a different section of the building still accessible from the inside with a few steps through what seemed an emergency exit. Parking doesn't belong to the hotel, when we arrived the first day, it was full even if I contacted the hotel in advance confirming I needed a slot. I had to park in a parking nearby for one night, much worse than the Garage San Matteo which we could use for the other days. I didn't had breakfast since bars outside were the perfect choice to me.

Breakfast with a beautiful view from the terrace! The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling! Air conditioning in the room is a big plus, especially in the summer. Great location in the city center, close to the train station and the port. Easy access to Mondello beach from the hotel by public bus. The rooms are cleaned daily.

There was mold in some places on the walls of the room and in some places in the bathroom. The water in the tub drained very slowly. Adicctionaly there was mold in the refrigerator (minibar). Some places could be refreshed or deep cleaned.

Great central location in the old town, close to via Roma for lots of bus connections. Large, spotlessly clean room with very comfy bed; large bathroom with good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with fab views from the 5th floor terrace. Only issue is it’s tricky to get to if you’re driving as you have to drive through the ZTL which is very snug (don’t forget your pass which Reception can help with or use the PalerMobilità app). Will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Palermo!

1. LOCATION: First of all EXCELLENT location. In the radius of 10 minutes of walking you can see- Palermo Cathedral, the markets, Massimo theater, the port, various bakeries and restaurants, the Palermo fountain which is right outside of the Hotel, Quattro canti is literally two steps outside the hotel! So you wont have to worry about staying somewhere out of the city centre. 2. STAFF: Very friendly and helpful staff. If you have some problems or questions they will happly help you :) 3. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is not uncluded in the room booking price but you can try it the first day and then if you like it keep having breakfast there every morning- I paid 8€ euro for each day at the check out. The brekfast includes various types of bread, scrambled eggs, some cheeses and meats, yoghurt and granola…There are also many different pastries for the sweet breakfast lovers. The coffee is delicious and you can have tea or have the options to some juices. If i was harsh i would like more vegetables and fruits or boiled eggs but for my taste the breakfast was just PERFECT! and absolutely worth the price. Moreover the terrace where the breakfast buffet is located is just dreamy and picturesque in the morning you cannot wish for something better :) 4. ROOMS The room serves its purpose, for some it may not be anything special but it was really nice for my time of stay and for me and my group. It was always clean and the beds were always made, the toilette is completly okay everything was working really nice. The AC was working amazingly which was very needed it the August heat, there is an option to a free WI-FI connection which also works really well.

Not all rooms are like the pictures, you may get the view to other rooms and wont get much sunlight, only some rooms have the view to the fountain and the street outside. But otherwise i dont have any complaints about my stay ar my booked room where everything operated completly normal.

Stayed on 4th floor with the rooftop bar located on 5th floor - noisy till around midnight. I thought the rooftop bar was going to be a nice relaxing place to sit in the evening, but it was loud and crowded. I thought it would be for hotel guests only. There was a DJ the 1st night and filled with lots of very young people that I’m sure were more locals than hotel guests. There is no light around the mirror in the bathroom which made it hard to see for doing makeup.

Bus From Airport stops 150 meters from hotel (Via Roma) (and easy for return to Airport) BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF PALERMO FROM THE ROOF DECK for Breakfast Excellent Cold and Warm Breakfast with the BEST Coissants !! Extremely Central (walking) for Best Restaurants and Historic Buildings /Cathedrals( 2 to 5 minutes Walk). Walking distance to Huge Supermarket and to Train Station when traveling to Cefalu (A MUST to stay 3 days) Junior Suite offers a HUGE room with Lounge !!!. Quiet rooms/Airconditioned. Staff excellent 4th time staying here. Will always come back.Never disappointed.

I think you should allow people staying in the hotel to enjoy the best rooftop side without having to pay food. Food was expensive and just not good.
