Second visit to B&B Vivere Palermo. Location is excellent, we had 2 lovely rooms - very clean, both with balconies - overlooking a busy street with lots of bars & restaurants. However, the rooms are on the 5th floor so no noise disturbance at all. There is a lift so 5th floor is not an issue. Breakfast was lovely & delivered to our room so we could eat on the balcony whilst enjoying the morning sunshine. Claudio was very friendly & helpful - and he arranged convenient parking 7-8 minutes walk away (chargeable). We enjoyed our stay & wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Palermo!

We had such a lovely stay at B&B Vivere Palermo! This property really checked all of the boxes for us – very centrally located, private bathroom, and a private balcony. The morning breakfast on the balcony really helped make the trip so special and included fresh croissants from a local bakery. The host, Claudio, was very kind, helpful, & had great recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, right in the centre, the view from the terrace is fantastic. The shower is great. The windows insulate well , there was heating in the room, which we needed. There is an aircon and ventillator, must be essential in the summer. The host, Claudio, is very kind and flexible. He forgot I asked for separate beds with my friend and I, but arranged them for the next day.

The single beds are way too narrow, like camping bunkbeds for kids. We were afraid to turn on them, for fear of falling down. The very central location means noise at night, so if you are sensitive to that, bring earbuds. This is not a negative really, it comes from the location, so prepare for it.

The location was perfect—right in the city centre, which made it easy to explore and return to rest whenever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having breakfast delivered to our door each morning. The owner was also kind and welcoming.

We didn’t get a croissant on the second morning, but that’s just a small detail and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Breakfast was excellent. Served in the room/terrace. Location cannot be better right in a pedestrian zone in the historical centre. Obviously, forget getting there by car; I parked my car in an underground car park (Orlando - EUR13/day) and walked 15 mins to the B&B. Didn't need the car for 3 days as all sites are easily accessible on foot.

Could do with a kettle in the room. One was available in the office, but inaccessible from my room (standard room).

So much to like starting with Claudio & the lady who kept our room in pristine condition - grazie! The location is absolute perfection for visiting all this amazing city has to offer. The room is bright, has air-con, a ceiling fan, lovely en-suite bathroom facilities and a wonderful balcony! The breakfast served each morning was a bonus.

Great location, in the centre of all tourist attractions, balcony was fantastic and it was lovely to have breakfast out there in the mornings Breakfast was good Good communication with the host Bathroom very clean

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but for the price I can’t complain

Nice location and room with balcony including simple breakfast. Con was they were very strict about checkin no earlier than 2pm and street noise can be heard. Also bathrooms have to be cleaned more thoroughly. Mold was starting to show esp in corners of shower.

Great location in historic centre. On a very busy pedestrianised road full of restaurants but 5 floors up all was peaceful. Lovely balcony to sit out on. Really modern well fitted out room. Owner has spent a lot of time and trouble to make this 3 room B&B a lovely stay.

The breakfast was ok but simple fresh products could have made this so much better. But there is no need for this to put you off as right outside the door are loads of cafes and breakfast was secondary to all the other positives this place has to offer.

Claudio was very helpful always giving me tips of how to find tourist attractions. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy! The air con super quiet and the balcony was fantastic! A place to go back to!
