Very centrally located in the heart of Palermo, close to the most popular touristic sight and the famous markets. Rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and sound proofed. A very nice Breakfast with a mix of sweet and savoury local product is served on the mezzanine. I did check in early and met the owner, however the remote check in works out very nicely. I was travelling with a small bag, so the few steps of the staircases weren’t a problem. The owner provided me with some tips which made my short stay even more precious! Thank you!!

Nothing from my side. For people travelling with huge luggage the lack of elevator could be a downside, but staff is available to help when checking-in in the recommended time.

Location is perfect, right on main pedestrian street with shops, restaurants, monuments etc, yet no noise coming in room. Its a beautiful place, with nice touches & decorations all around the place. Very intimate, perfect for couples. Breakfast was very good for us. No parking but it wasnt issue for us as we found free parking space every day just behind building, and there ia also paying garage across the street if you want extra security. All in all, I highly recommend place and certanly we will be coming back

The room was very cozy, with everything we needed (air condition, big and comfortable bed, hot water, mini fridge). The location was great, right in the middle of the center of Palermo, so everything was accessible by foot! Everyone was very friendly. There was availability for self check-in so we weren't restricted regarding time of arrival. The breakfast buffet was really nice, in a cozy little dining attic!

The water in the shower takes a while to get hot.

Excellent location for wandering around Palermo. We were very pleased with where we were and understood that being in the middle of everything would be busy and noisy. If you book this hotel, you will need to accept it is not quiet until quite late at night but if you want to be central, and happy with a bit of noise this is the perfect place to stay. Romina, our host was great. She booked our ZTL pass for the car, needed to enter the city, which was so helpful, and gave us clear information about where to park to drop off our bags and two passengers.

There was a kettle, tea and coffee in our double room, but only one cup and no milk. I am sure if we had asked Romina would have sorted immediately.

The location is perfect. Most if not all things were walkable. The bed was also really comfy. There is a parking garage near, 25euro/day. There is a slight hill and stairs you will need to go up to reach the B&B. The setup and decor was unique.

Upon arrival, I received several messages regarding my arrival. The check-in time didn't seem very flexible as I felt a tad bit rushed. After 3pm there was a clause stating guest would have to do self check-in, which i was okay with. I managed to arrive around 2pm and received the bare minimum of instructions. The wifi only works in certain areas. The breakfast area is a bit small. Me and a few other guest were asked to move seating once we had already sat at a table. However, it is an easy fix for the staff to instead guide guest to a table that best fit the needs for all guest.

We had an amazing time in Palermo,thankfully to Dimora Bellini! Great location, beautiful and clean property, with very professional and helpful host. The property has exceeded my expectations. Very nice view from our balcony. Go for it, without hesitation! You won’t regret! If you want to feel the old city centre’s vibe, this is your place!

Staff/host was not helpful when I enquired the best way to get to the Dimora Bellini from Palermo Centrale station, I was just told taxi or bus. I asked what bus number but she never replied. I ended up taking a taxi for under 1km ride and was charged €20. I clearly got scammed and it was so unnecessary had I been given more helpful info by host/staff. It would have only cost me €1.40 for the bus ride or better still, a 10-15 minute walk from the station. She never offered me any introduction to the accommodation, nor info or recommendation on activities in Palermo either. No elevator in the building.

Very helpful and super friendly staff. Location is absolutely perfect if you want to stroll in the old part of the city. There are many restaurants around for different tastes. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

If you have a car, it could be tricky to get the parkade when using google maps, it sends you to a side street. The access door to the b&b is on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk around 150m from the parkade.

Location is great since it is in the center of town. But the car parking is not easy. It was difficult to find our way to the hotel since you drive around in tiny narrow streets barely large enough for a car. Then the parking is difficult. We parked next to the hotel in what was supposed to be a legal spot. When we picked up our car to leave one side was scratched from from front to end. The scratch was deep enough made by a knife or key. Not sure why this vandalism took place. Not the fault of the hotel but something to watch for.

The place is very chic, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and central location from all the touristy spots. Thank you Silvia (friendly receptionist) and friends! We will return and definitely recommend this place 👌
