The property was quite modern and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious. The balcony was cute and got great afternoon sun if you need to wash/dry clothes. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were super helpful. The location was excellent, so close to the Main Street with lots of restaurants and bars and close to shops too for shopping. It was nice and quiet since it was just off the Main Street.

There were lots of stairs for the property, it was an effort to get up the stairs with our luggage. Manageable if you’re reasonably fit and can carry your suitcase though. The location seemed sketchy at first on the side street but we felt safe and comfortable reasonably quickly. Our bathroom was separate to our bedroom which was a little annoying. Also you could only lock the door from the inside with the key and since our bathroom was separate one of us couldn’t go out and not come back without disturbing the other person or locking them in the bedroom with no bathroom access.

Good location, kind hosts. Keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs, but this did not cause any problems for me. It's easy to walk to the train station.

I had issues with the shower, but after talking to the host, they said they would fix the problem. I only stayed for one night and twice found the doors to the main area, where the kitchen and rooms are, unlocked, and I didn't encounter any people. Perhaps other residents were not very responsible, so I urge others to be more mindful of their own and others' safety.

Amazing location in the middle of all the action, but totally quiet room. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to enter the hotel, but what are you gonna do, that's Italy. Staff was very nice, room felt like a mini apt and had a huge terrace! Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is in a great part of town to be able to walk around.

It wasn’t easy to find. When we did get there we had to climb 40 very steep stairs to the main kitchen area, then another 10 stairs to the bedroom. The bathroom wasn’t en-suite but outside of the room down three stairs, which during the night wasn’t ideal.

Great host who was hrlpful communicating with us all the time. He sent clear instructions on whatsapp as we were arriving very late after midnight. He made fresh croissants for breakfast, which was very nice. Spacious room with AC. The bathroom is not ensuite, its outside of the room, but its okay, it has a lot of space and a hot shower with good pressure. The room has a small balcony, and it is located in the center, perfect for exploring Palermo on foot.

3 floors of narrow stairs to get to the rooms. A bit difficult with suitcases. Shared kitchen/dining with other guests. Note that the location pin on google maps is incorrect, the building is actually on your right (not on your left) at the end. Difficult to find parking.

Excellent location for walking around Palermo. We had no problem getting a taxi at a central location (just a couple minute walk to a local church) when needed to go further distances. Alessandro was truly a delight to stay with-very kind and welcoming! He made AMAZING fresh croissants every single morning and coffee/cappuccinos upon request! We would definitely recommend staying with Alessandro and would stay with him again if we come back!

The location of the property is amazing! One of the main steets is like a few minutes walk and despite of that the street of the apartament is calm, so you can have a good night sleep. Additionally, the property is very clean, comfortable and it offers delicious italian breakfast. The terrace gives you breathtaking views of the Palermo. Furthermore, the host ir very professional, hospitable, it seemed like you can ask Alessandro everything and get the best advices about the Palermo and all Sicily. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment's locaton is simply perfect. Its just few meters from the main walking street and the street markets. Its in a renovated older building. Our apartment was on the top floor and it was ok for us. There is no elevator for older visitors it can be problem. The apartment is recently renovated and nicely decorated. We had a room with terrace overlooking the street but it was suprisingly quiet. There are many good restaurants and shops around. The bed was super comfortable, the room was very clean the wifi was fast. Alessandro is the best host ever. He was welcoming and helped us in everything. The breakfast was simple italian style with very fresh croisant, juice, cappucino and more pasteries, joghurts,, cereals, fruits were prepaired. Alessandro were there in every morning and gave us some helpfull advise. We spent some beautiful days in Palermeo and its arrea and really wish to return to Alessandro's apartment. We rented a car and the car rental company (Sicily.by car) was just 2 corners away. If you rent a car be prepaired that you wont find any place on the streets around to park. A huge extra that you can leave the car for night in the car rental company's garage just 100 meter from the apartment. Our credit card was charged 200.euro deposti even if we bought toral insurance. If you arrive with bus from the airport you have to get off 2 stops before the last stop You can buy tickets by the desk at the airport and really advisable to buy return ticket (you can buy iit for the certain bus) as the bus can be full if you dont buy tickets in advance you might can not buy it from the driver. The bus goes in every 30 min and the ride take for 50 min.

The lady who served breakfast was lovely. She also ensured that the place was so clean.

Although I had sole use of a bathroom, it wasn't an ensuite bedroom, but the bathroom was down a few steps on the next level.

Really great location, and the room was spacious and bed super comfortable. Ale is a very attentive host and was happy to hold our bags so we could walk around the day we left. The breakfast is also really substantial and it gets your day started right! He also picked us up from the airport after our very late flight, which was a great optional service.
