Comfortable rooms, everything you need. Beds and pillows are comfortable for sleeping. The location is great for exploring the city center. Very friendly staff and the owner. Good breakfasts.

It is difficult to get there by car, but there is a wonderful underground parking nearby for 13 euros per day. We learned that you can order a hot omelet for breakfast on the last day of your stay. Perhaps the person who met us told us about it, but we drove 700 km and were so tired that we could not hear this information. It would be great to see information on the breakfast tables about the possibility of ordering a hot meal :).

The place is amazing and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Fanny is a wonderful host who pays attention to everything and all the guys at the reception were very also very helpful. A especial mention to Giovanna how is lovely and always around for breakfast keeping an eye on what was needed.

No big issues, I just think the daily cleaning could be more extensive (for example to include floors) and my orders for eggs at breakfast were never taken right.

Charming property in a very good location. Very friendly and helpful managers . Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast (8am- 10am) was very good. We took a taxi to and from the hotel that was arranged by the B&B. This was €45 each way which is very good value for the distance, the airport is 50 minutes away.

We thought that the ladies who served breakfast were a little bit grudging and not that cheerful . Asking for more coffee was awkward. This was the only thing that marred our stay which was a pity. Maybe they need more people on at breakfast when it's busy .

We were warmly greeted by the hostess upon arrival. She filled us in on anything we wanted to know and was very helpful. The location was perfect for exploring this city so a car was unnecessary. The air conditioning was a huge plus!!!!!! The room was nice and accommodated three of us comfortably. The breakfast- eaten out on the lovely terrace was divine- so many delicious foods to choose from.. meats, cheeses, pastries, fresh fruits, breads, juice , yogurt, and delicious cappuccinos! We were very happy with our choice and the proximity to local sights.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, an old building stylishly renovated to the highest of standards. The hotel was immaculate, supremely comfortable and exuded tons of charm. Our room was a suite with a fantastic view of Palermo. The room was stylish and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was superb with an excellent range of sweet and savoury food. It was taken on a very pretty terrace. The ladies serving breakfast were charming. Fanny the owner was extremely helpful and patiently gave us lots of recommendations for our days in Palermo. She also kindly organised transfers for us. It was a joy to stay in this hotel and I’d love to return.

A fabulous place. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and full of character, opening on to a roof terrace full of plants. Despite being quite central, it was really quiet. The staff are wonderful - Fanny organised a walking tour guide for us, who was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast … best we had in Sicily, incredible selection (including smoked salmon, fresh cakes, cereals, yogurt, cheeses, meats, fruit, etc, etc. Overall, brilliant!

Very well situated in the heart of the Capo market area this unassuming looking palazzo was a real find! Each room is individually decorated and the whole place has a home from home feeling. With just 11 rooms it has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful and charming. A lovely spread for breakfast with lots of Italian pastries as well as fruit, muesli, juices and breads and eggs cooked freshly. Very modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, large rooms and central heating (necessary in February!). Beautiful garden with lots of seating and heavily laden orange and kumquat tress - very pretty! Fanny, the proprietor, is so helpful and will advise on where to go, what to see and where to eat. We will look forward to coming back soon!

Could have had milk available for the afternoon tea but it was great having the area set up for it after a long days walk. Instructions on how to use the TV controls would be helpful!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even wished me a happy birthday with a sweet treat at breakfast! Our room was big and cozy (and beautifully designed). I also really enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning with both sweet and savory options. The location of the B&B allowed us to see all of Palermo's sights with ease...we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Andrea met us as soon as we got to the hotel. He was incredibly helpful and patient with us. He got it rooms ready early because we were traveling with my handicapped mother and she was exhausted from traveling. If I could give him more than 10 stars, I would the hotel itself was very cute and what I described as very Italian. One of our rooms had a huge bathtub that my son enjoyed immensely.

The only issue we had were there were no USB ports to plug-in our cable spur, our phones

Amazing location, amazing breakfast, and amazing check in process! We checked-in several hours before our check-in time and the hosts were very accommodating! Beautiful room and a gorgeous patio. Anything we asked for (bags for laundry, umbrella for a rainy day, tea/coffee) was graciously provided. We also booked the airport transfer through the B&B and the driver was early to pick us up at 3 in the morning. Absolutely would book again!
