What a great 😌 place to see Palermo! Guido was very helpful in allowing us to stay in the same room ( we booked separate dates) The room was large, clean, with air conditioning and lots of storage space. The bathroom was fine with lots of hot water and fresh towels when needed. The breakfast was good with typical breakfast food: breads, meats, cheese, cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs coffee. Everything you might want to start your day. Location was perfect with a bus stop right outside the door to get you to Central and onward. One of the main streets just 3 minutes away starting at the Opera House. Food, clothing, souvenirs etc line the streets north to south and east to west!! Take a walking tour!! It’s a great way to see some of the main sights. Check in was easy with codes provided for all the doors. Thanks Guido for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your guesthouse. Peter and Trudy

Decent location with parking nearby - v important in Palermo. Arrived late but our host Guido provided good instructions for entering the building. The accommodation was very pleasant and clean with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Palermo parking can be tricky so we left the car outside for a couple of days whilst exploring. We took a walking tour and the office was right next door to the B&B so it’s a great location if you want to tour with the nice people at the Tourist Hub and Cookjng School next door.

Nice b&b for a short stay. The location is perfect, very close to the historic center. We liked the self check-in with a code. The room was clean and big, just like in the photos. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast and the very nice lady who served us coffee :) It was a breakfast buffet - eggs, cold cuts, croissants (amazing!), cookies, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit. Check out was at 11, but she let us leave our bags for as long as we needed which was great for us as we had to wait a few hours for our next check in at a different place.

Most of the rooms are directly connected to the breakfast room, so you will hear the staff preparing breakfast from 7:30. Then, you will hear people eating. We got up early so it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not ideal if you want to sleep in. Also, the mattress in our room was uncomfortable, would be nice to replace it. The staircase is really narrow and steep.

First, we were pretty satisfied with the hotel's facilities, such as the bathroom, bed size, room size, etc. Apart from that, the breakfast we had was a superb one. Therefore, from these aspects, I recommend this place to travelers. You will also be satisfied with the hotel's location.

But we booked this place mainly because of the parking they must have provided. We had to find a parking space for our vehicle. If you don't offer such an opportunity, why are you pretending that you do? Another thing that bothered me was that almost (since I didn't check) the doors of all rooms opened into a single room, which was the room where we had our breakfast. Let's let the couples planning to travel here know there is no elevator.

The location was a surprise and it was an added bonus. The room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The changing light colors in the shower were great to watch! The bed was also very comfortable. Probably the highlight of my stay was the breakfast. A full breakfast was available and the staff were always ready to assist. It was nice to meet Guido as I left. Would definitely return if in Palermo.

The location is great. Central but quiet at night. Parking spots in front of the house for free. Very clean. Cute details with tiles and lights etc. All necessary info was received upfront.

Breakfast is OK, not great. Safe wasn’t working. Neither with numbers, nor with the key. I didn’t feel that comfortable with all the cameras in the main areas. 2nd floor, very tight staircase, no elevator.

Great location, Guido the owner was very friendly, kind, helpful and gave us a lot of tips where to go around Palermo! He has a cute bulldog Carlotta as well!! The room was very clean and the bathroom was great with all the different lights in the shower!! Breakfast was fantastic!!! Eleonora was fantastic and cooked yummy omelettes and cheese and ham sandwiches! The other lady was fabulous as well and even prepared a breakfast to go as we had a very early start when we left Palermo! Also little snacks, tea and coffee were available throughout the day! I recommend to stay at Guido‘s place!!

There was some unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom! You could hear the guests eating breakfast as the rooms are right adjacent from the breakfast area. There is no lift only stairs so be aware to carry all the luggage up to the 2nd floor!!

Parking right in front of the accommodation was great. The location is also super, very close to the city center by walk. There is heating the room what is pleasant during winter season. The breakfast was great - not only sweet pastry, but also fresh fruit, joghurt, egg, bread and other stuff. The host was friendly and very hospitable.

There was a bit not that nice smell going from the bathroom but we closed the door to bathroom and it stopped disturb us.

The location was great for the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Parking is an issue everywhere in Sicily. We left the car in a nearby car park at €13 for 24 hours. Unfortunately we had to pay €26 despite leaving within 2 days. Quite frustrating.

Very nice bed and breakfast in an excellent location close to the City center and one of the there Parlermo markets. The room are new but kept the charme of the old appartement(the floor hasn’t been changed). There is the charme of the charm of the old and the comfort of the new. We really loved it. Definitely would stay there again.
